I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. I was supposed to drop my car off at 8am. When I arrived, no one was there. I called both phone numbers listed on the door and left messages. Finally after almost 20 minutes waiting (it was my day off, so I was going to get my car detailed that day), an employee pulled in. She asked if anyone was there and I told her no. She didn’t even apologize. She just unlocked the door and went in like it was no big deal.
I asked her how long it would be, she told me 2 – 3 hours. After 4 hours, I called. The person who answered seemed confused, and had to go look for my car. She said it would be ready in about 30 minutes.
Upon arriving, they pulled my car around the front. Judging by the looks of my car, I believe the completely forgot about it until I called to check up on it. It looked like it received a 25 minute detail.
There were smear marks on the windows, and large spots were clearly missed. Also, there was a HUGE dirt spot on the driver side door. When I pointed it out, the tech pulled a rag from his pocket and wiped it off. The interior was somewhat clean, but you could still see dog hair (which I know can be difficult to get out, but they are a detail shop, right?) all over the seats and my daughters car seat was clearly NOT moved and cleaned under. And in case you’re wondering, child car seats are NOT included in the detail. By this point I should not have been surprised at all when I opened the trunk, but I still was. Maybe I got the car detail that didn’t include the trunk, but the trunk wasn’t even opened. I had gone camping the week before and didn’t bother putting a tarp down because it was going to be getting detailed the following week. The joke was on me I guess, because it was still a mess. I had all of my gear removed, but there were leaves and dirt all over it — nothing that a quick vaccuum didn’t clean up, but that’s not the point.
Overall, it was a HORRIBLE experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As a matter of fact, I don’t know how they’re still in business.
