This company is a complete shit-​show. I ordered $ 12,000 worth of windows and after 3 months, 7 home visits, 3 broken windows, 4 times window parts were made incorrectly, 2 times that service appointments were called off, I STILL HAVE TWO FAULTY WINDOWS! I was «assured» the last time that the parts would come in correct and «QC» would double check before sending them out. Of course I get a call today about an appointment (that no one told me I had) being canceled because once AGAIN, the parts came in wrong. They offered me a 5% discount but after all this, I wouldn’t have paid them a dime for this type of service and product. I would NEVER recommend any one to use this company and anyone who is thinking about using them, DON’T unless you like to be ripped off and jerked around for months on end.

There is absolutely NO customer service once they have your money and the windows are installed. I have tried numerous times and all I get is a recording. I dutifully leave my name and number and there is no return call. I’ve made 14 calls and nobody has ever answered the phone. I will be working with the BBB to get this issued resolved. i will also report them as a failure on Angie’s list. I do NOT recommend Pella Windows on Schrock Road in Columbus, Ohio.

Very good service and very knowledgeable sales people. Give them a shot when you need to compare for windows and doors.
