History

Established in 2002.

After working for several large franchise brokerages in the Columbus area, we decided to start a brokerage that could offer flexible fees to our sellers and rebates to buyers. Obviously we could not do that under the franchise umbrella and pay the franchise and office fees and remain in business offering full service and marketing for reduced fees.

So, our business plan reduced our over-​head and we pass those savings onto our clients– offering the opportunity to buy and sell with savings in today’s market.

Starting in the business in 1996– we opened our own Boutique Brokerage in 2002 offering full service and reducing our commissions to sell homes. Our business has grown to be recognized by State, Local, Business First Publication and National organizations for our production in selling homes and our customer service. We have grown our business thanks to our valuable client’s word of mouth.
