I provide home inspections for central Ohio. I cover Franklin and Delaware counties. Some of the cities I service are Lewis Center, Dublin, Powell, Hilliard, Delaware, Gahanna, Blacklick, and Columbus. I provide a detailed digital report with photos of any deficiencies. I encourage all clients to accompany me on the inspection if they are available so I am able to answer any questions they might have.

I have a certification from HomeSpection Training Institute. They are the most hands on training program in the state. HSTI only takes 8 students at a time and the course includes practice home inspections and report writing. I am also certified with InterNACHI, the largest professional organization for home inspectors. I completed all 90 hours of NACHI’s online required courses and continue to take courses that are not required.
