Adequate accommodations. My room was aged, but clean. Disappointed that my sink had a large crack in it and the maid service accidentally forgot to leave a bar of soap. The hotel’s elevator runs terribly slow but that occurs often at many hotels. I am a Hilton Honors Gold level member and didn’t feel like I was treated any different or received a better room or perks. Personal opinion is Hampton Inn next door is a much newer, nicer place to stay.

Ok. Around a million other hotels, chain stores and restaurants. Seemed like a very safe area. Easy parking The room was totally fine — like every other garden inn. A little noisy depending on the crowd staying there but overall had a good night’s sleep. The staff was fine but a little cold. I always say Ohio people are the friendliest, but the staff were not as friendly as I was expecting.

Had an awesome stay here during my weekend at Columbus! It was close to Ohio State, downtown and short North. The room was a good size, clean, and it had a microwave AND a refrigerator. A big plus since a lot of other nicer hotels don’t have a refrigerator for you to use, let alone a microwave. The staff were friendly. Free wifi. A business center w/printers. 24 – 7 coffee and fruit infused water. They even put out warmed baked oatmeal squares for late afternoon snack! The only downside is that most rates don’t come with breakfast, but Burger King and Sonic are just right next to the hotel, and if you have time, definitely go to Short North for breakfast/brunch!

Nice HGI… staff is friendly and attentive. Room smell fresh and the bathroom is sparkling clean. The location near OSU makes it convenient and close enough to downtown and Short North. The gym had free weights, elliptic and treadmills. The pool and jacuzzi also looked clean and well maintained. I will stay here again.

What a beautiful, well-kempt hotel! Despite the flooding of college kids at the hotel, it was perfect for business and professional ventures. As a young adult, I didn’t mind the influx of Ohio State visitors and students, but I can see how families might not like the young people partying and being loud(though it wasn’t loud during my experience). It was a very enjoyable night here. The lobby was gorgeous, the rooms were big and spacious, and the utilities worked flawlessly. The TV had free HBO and many other channels, and the memory foam bed was very comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and professional and took their jobs seriously and did a very nice job. I didn’t have time to eat the provided breakfast, but I’m sure it was great. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re willing to pay the extra money.

HGI… this is the place to stay if you want to be near OSU collecting HHonors points. Its everything you expect in an HGI and nothing more. The shining five-star for this property is the staff that works the morning brekfast shift… AWESOME customer service… they were sweet and attentive and left me needing absolutely nothing. I looked forward to breakfast every day. This location is near the 315, close to OSU, not far from I-75 and access to I-70. I wish the riverfront trail access was a littlebit closer but if you dont mid a bit of a walk you can get there in ten minutes. I would say that its a bit overpriced for what it is but I have defnintely paid more for less tho…

The hotel was ok but the room was $ 156. They do have smoking rooms available unlike at the regular Hiltons that are all smoke-free. Stayed on the 5th floor and had a nice view.

Being Christmas week(school is out) we had the place to ourselves. This place was a typical HGI; fairly new, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast, but not free(unless you are a Hilton reward member). Free internet. I bet this hotel is fun on football weekend. Go Bucks!

The location was good. The pool was very small. Very clean. A little pricey for what you get, I think.

Rooms were sufficient, internet access was included in the price, but the price was really high considering location and amenities. I would stay somewhere else next time.
