Aaron is great person to work with. He takes the time to explain to us what our repair options are after reviewing a report on the condition of our car. His plain English approach is very much appreciated in a day where cars are so complicated. He will be the reason we will stay with this dealership for future cars. We rely on his advice. We trust him.
He always offers us a loaner and asks if he we need anything else while we are waiting. His estimates of both time the service will take and it’s cost are very accurate. If I were Lexus of Easton I would make sure he is well paid because he is a great representative of their dealership.

We bought our Lexus in Germain of Easton because our daughter knows Steve Germain but we live in Fort Myers Florida in the winter and Chicago in the summer. We are so impressed with the service provided by Germain of Easton and our service rep Alena Bankes that we go there for our annual servicing. It is definitely worth the trip

I purchased my first Lexus 7 years ago with the assistance of Bob Havey, since then I have purchased 3 more. Alena Bankes has been my go-​to for service and has provided extraordinary care. Not only for the routine maintenance but she was instrumental in coordinating the factory replacement of the front axels of my AWD LS. This is based on the new lot verses the used lot.
My husband and I are looking to potentially ‘upgrade’ my car. We stopped by the lot to hopefully look at two models to see which would be best for us.
We walked around the entire lot, looking very closely for what we wanted, then decided to leave… not once did anyone acknowledge our existence. and they definitely had staff on the lot.
We went over to the used lot and immediately got service then as we were leaving a salesmen come out to our car to make sure we had been helped.
I can say that this little experience has turned me off to Lexus. it’s not the car’s fault, however this is the type of ‘service’ I was expecting anyway.

My wife and I brought our 2008 RX 400h to Germain for repair a day ago and we were very disappointed in the outcome. Our tennis bag got caught in the rear automatic door. After Germain «fixed» this problem. The rear door worked for one day and then it could not be automatically opened from the inside our vehicle or from the outside. This «easy» repair took about one hour and cost us over $ 120.00. We were in Gahanna visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our car was «repaired» on Saturday and Germain is not opened on Sundays. We are leaving to return home Sunday afternoon. We will have to take it back to our dealership in Alexandria, VA for another repair. Wish Germain would have fixed it right the first time. When we return to the Columbus area in the future, we will not take our car back to Germain for any reason.

Every time I bring my car to get serviced, I have a great experience. I always deal with Donna, who is a pleasure to work with. I’m treated with kindness and respect, and she doesn’t try to add on additional crap that I really don’t need. When I’m ready for a new car, I’ll probably shop at this location.

Came here to get a safety service recall performed. My service consultant, Alena, was super helpful and friendly. She got me a really nice loaner vehicle, explained everything that needed to be done, and actually had knowledgeable answers for the questions that I had regarding both this service recall and some other things that I needed done.
Unfortunately, since I’d dropped my car off on a Saturday afternoon, they wouldn’t be able to finish up my vehicle before they closed. My original estimated pick-​up time was noon on Monday, but when I had something else come up and needed to get my car back a bit earlier, Alena was able to get everything done just after 11am. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, and I’m so pleased with how easy my entire experience was. Plus, if you’re waiting on your vehicle, they have a coffee machine, bottles of water, and tasty snacks upon which you can indulge. The waiting area is also very spacious and has a good number of chairs, tables, and couches where you can sit and relax.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! After being told a vehicle would not be ready until Friday afternoon we went ahead and made an appt. to look at it at 10 am Sat. Morn.(we were told they don’t see customers before 10am) we made the 150 mile trip to look at it. As we drove in the parking lot Preston H. Called our cell to tell us they sold the car Friday. Then when we complained to Brain Jordan and Ted Santagata we were told we were just mad because they didn’t sell us the car. Seems to be there MO as they just did the same thing to Rebbeca M two months ago. So please look for Anti-​Germain-​Lexas pages on Facebook and Twitter coming soon!!! I’ve purchased 3 cars from Lexus of Easton, and the entire staff has always been very accommodating and up front. My parents have also purchased two cars there, and my sister purchased one as well. Service department has always taken good care of me, and I use the complimentary car wash when I’m in the area. I highly recommend this dealer.

I have no experience with anyone else in this store except for Greg Saylor, pre owned sales consultant there’s a picture of him on their website. I asked for information on a car, he asked where I was calling from, I told him I wasn’t from the area and he just clicked on me. That is as rude as it gets with customer service and if I could give him a 0 star rating I would for his unacceptable customer service. I will tell anyone that is looking to purchase a car to stay away from this store. Absolutely unacceptable customer service

I recently purchased a car from there with the help of Bob. the dealership was nice, clean and friendly. The agent that set up my appointment with the dealer was attentive and even had follow up that was specialized to me and not a generic call.
The technical staff and technicians were helpful too. So far, a great experience!

Horrible dealer. Stay away. I negotiated a price of a vehicle. Before I could sign the paper work, they sold the car to someone else in spite of a verbal agreement. This place gives dealers a bad name.

I bought my first vehicle here and had a great experience. The sales and management team were helpful and did not pressure me into making any unwanted decisions. Eric Holdorf and Pre-​Owned Sales Manager, Ralph Burgess directly helped me during my buying process while making my time at the dealership enjoyable. We bought our first Cadillac Excalade here right when we moved to Columbus and out of the 4 cars we have bought since, this was by far the best service and car we have had!
They take great care of you from start to finish, the service is first class and they still send thank you notes and recognize us even by name.
The place might seem snooty but they are very down to earth and cool with you, you feel in the right place and like they actually care.
Sure the prices are not the cheapest and bargaining is not as much an option as other places but we got a gorgeous car that served us well until we sold it for a newer Escalade and made more than our money back, not a bad deal!

Lexus is known for their customer service… but not this one. The sales staff were rude and didn’t want me to use their car wash because they thought I didn’t get serviced at Germain (I usually get service from the Dublin office). Never going back there again!

Not impressed. Germain Is all about the money. I’ve purchase several new cars from various dealers in Columbus– and I’ve never regreted it like this dealer. Having owned a Lexus, I won’t be buying another car from Germain — any of their dealerships. My advice to would be customers, dot your i’s and cross your t’s on your lease agreements. I’ve had friends tell me of similar run-​ins with Germain sales staff and managers. unfortunately it’s live and learn for me.
