Faced pathetic service yet again. It was my bad to have returned to this location. I was the only one in the bar area and still got no attention to place my order or to give me silverware until asked for. The bathroom only provided cold water and that is freezing just like the outside temperature.

I have only used the carry-out service at this location. Have always had great experiences. When the server found out I was staying in a hotel due to the weather, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Super nice and friendly! Food was very good too.

Horrible service the waitress forgot all condiments, messed up our order and hardly ever checked on us. The kiosk they have on the table to pay your bill was frozen and they refused to manually check up due to using a debit card the server said she would get yelled at in the mean while my 8 month old is screaming so we wait and additional 20 minutes to wait for the kiosk to reboot. The chicken was over cooked as well as my fiancé steak he requested it medium well and it was like leather.
