30+ minute wait is the norm for the drive-thru for sloppily put together food(the jalapeños smelled like someone pissed all over them, so obviously did not eat them), most of the staff seem high most of the time, and I often hear of how they«run out of things». This is such a pathetic place, and the owners should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t expect a fancy experience at Taco Bell, but damn.

Seems as if in the past month or so, there’s always a sign on the lobby door that says lobby is closed early, drive thru is only open. Then when you get to the drive thru, «it’s going to be 15 min before we can even take your order» It’s always something here. Seems like service at night has gone down hill with new management team. When going to this location you know you have to either go in, or to spend 45 min in the drive thru is rediculous. We do not go to this location any longer. Once we went in the lobby and all of the customers(total of 3) were all pist off, the customers straight up told us they have been waiting over 30 min. We just left no need to waste our time.

33 minutes in the drive-thru at 11pm on a Saturday night is ridiculous. Sadly, this has become the norm for this location. Was it worth it? Of course! Taco Bell is always worth the wait but geeez… there has to be a better way.

Josh S. is correct. Unfortunately they are not corporate owned but they’re a franchise. However, besides that; they seem to always manage to recover and generally take care if their customers. I have been there day to day and mist of the time I get awesome service. The older lady that works nights(I won’t mention her name, but most people know who I’m talking about) is one of the most customer friendly reps that I have ever met at any fast food restaurant in the area. The only reason that I would not go there would be of course if they didn’t exist. Nonetheless, its there and as long I get the service that I am accustomed to at that location, I will always be a grateful customer. Thanks for the opportunity to say my peace.

I would rate this place with a Zero Star however, the one time actually ordering food from here it was all hot and tasted good. The bad thing is that the last three visits here they claimed they were unable to make any food due to lack of product. Once they actually claimed to have run out of tortillas and lettuce. Seriously??? The corporate office really needs to be made aware of this situation now.
