What can I say? I called in to check on the status of a car — and unlike other dealerships which insist on pairing you to a sales person, setting up appointments for the illusions that they’re *soooo* busy and they don’t have time for you otherwise… they won me in the first phone call by saying «no, you don’t need an appointment! Come right in, when you can!»
I was thrown off with them being next to the car rental place — at first I thought they were closed.
I dealt with Art — who was extremely friendly, up-​front, and went over the details with me over trading in my old car, and with the car I was looking at.
I test drove. It was everything I was hunting for — and he went above and beyond getting all the paperwork in order for me.
I didn’t know what to expect from a car buying experience — but with all the dealers I’ve dealt with in my hunt recently? Art out-​shined them all.
