So busy in the afternoon. Only two stuffs work here around 3:30 pm. More than four people were waiting for hours. It is my first time and the last time come here.

My fiancée wanted to switch from an iPhone 6 to 6 plus. This particular AT&T store didn’t have the model she wanted so a sales associate, Nick, said he would walk over to another AT&T store to get the phone we wanted. While he was gone, we walked around Easton Towne Center. After we returned, Nick was able to give my fiancée a discount on her cell plan, which was a nice surprise. Overall, a good experience.

The only good thing about this store is the rep Nick. Nick is the bee’s knees. He knows his stuff. He’s a good dude. I’d take that guy out to dinner if I was allowed. Other than that STAY AWAY FROM ATT.
