Mission– add a line for my husband to my existing family plan. Pick him out a phone. Find out when my son and I are eligible for upgrades. Arrival time– 5:15 pm Time we started to get service– 5:50 pm Time we left the store– 6:27 pm Minutes we were late to our 6:30 pm engagement– 18 Frustrating. On the flip side, our attendant was nice and informative. She helped us switch our plan and pay less with the third line than we were with the two I already had. Yay! That saved them a star or two ;) ****UPDATE**** Bill came in and all my stuff is royally screwed up! I am livid… new mission: have a few strong drinks BEFORE calling customer care.

I know, I know… who wants to read a review about AT&T… Well, this review is about this store! Why 5 stars??? Because it is the best customer service I have ever experienced from a sales person… EVER!!! I was looking for a Mi-Fi for my laptop and devices… and Farris, the guy who helped me, was the best ever! Super friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable… and honest about the different products too. Yeah, definitely 5 stars!!! So, if you need anything AT&T, go to this store, and be sure to get Farris to help you!!!
