Established in 1983.

Keller Williams® Realty was founded in Austin, Texas in 1983 with the specific premise that buyers and sellers deserve the best service for their real estate needs. For more than 17 years that founding premise has been a major factor in the continued growth of Keller Williams® across North America. Two visionaries lead Keller Williams® Realty — Gary Keller, founder and Chairman of the Board, and Mo Anderson, Chief Executive Officer.

At Keller Williams® Realty, we are Real Estate Consultants. We are not agents. We are not salespeople. What this means is that we build fiduciary relationships with our clients. A fiduciary is someone who represents your best interests.

A lifelong resident of South Carolina, Mark began his real estate career more than 24 years ago while living in Charleston. Most recently, he was a top producer with RE/​MAX Professionals in the Pee Dee Region, focusing primarily on the Florence and Darlington markets.

Mark served on the board of Directors of The Association of Realtors of the Greater Pee Dee and is a past chair of the Rookie Realtor University, a program designed to assist new agents in gaining the skills necessary to become successful and professional in the Real Estate industry. Mark was also elected to a Director’s position on the Board of Realtors of the Greater Pee Dee for 2009 and 2010.

Mark moved to the Midlands in 2013 and joined Keller Williams Realty, the leading Brokerage Firm here and throughout the United States.
