History

Established in 2012.

What started out as a few fellow navy families asking the Sains to take care of their homes while they were away turned into Ashley and Kyle’s realizing how much they loved the property management business. With that, Affinity Management was born. They highly value and welcome clear, direct communication with all their owners and tenants to ensure everyone involved is beyond pleased with their properties.

Ashley uses her background in administration to handle all the day-​to-​day rental operations of Affinity Management. She loves being able to run her own business while still being a stay-​at-​home mom who can play an active role in her children’s education and various extracurricular activities. What Ashley enjoys most about her part in managing the property management business is getting to know the owners and tenants on a personal level, and being able to help in any way she can to make their lives just a little easier.
