This is the place that you go when you work in Columbia Gateway until you discover Abby’s off of Alexander Bell Drive. It’s a slight drive for many, but the food is less greasy, healthier and tastes SO much better. They have an actual salad bar with pastas and meats as well. Jae’s is just too greasy and they know that most of their customers don’t know that they have any other choices(and it shows in the food).

I really want to meet someone who thinks Jae’s is a five star place and tell them they should see a doctor about their taste buds. Jae’s is a dime a dozen office park deli. The primary factors in a place like this are speed and quality. Speed-wise Jae’s does the job. You’ll be in an out in 5 minutes. Quality wise I’d say the menu is *extremely* basic. Nothing on the menu is something that you couldn’t have made yourself at home in 5 minutes. There’s no freshly baked bread, the deli meat is of Oscar Mayer quality, etc. I’d also like to specifically call out their old soda fountain as leaving a lot to be desired. Drinks come out tasting far too syrupy and lacking the correct amount of carbonation. This is probably the result of not having updating the machine since the place opened. I’d say Jae’s Grill(and it’s counterpart Jae’s Deli) should be sitting at around 2.5 stars. They get bumped up to 3 stars for me because the staff is always very polite and the price is a decent value. Personally I’d drive the extra minute or two to go to a certain other Columbia 5 star deli that bakes their own bread and has phenomenal sandwiches.

I have been coming here for years and I love it. The food tastes great, the portions are more than enough and the price is just right. I haven’t had anything here that I did not like. On top of that, the ladies are extremely quick. Love this place.

Quick, fast, and in a hurry. Went here for lunch the other day and when I say the five ladies in the back were making magic, I mean it! I ordered a chicken salad melt with fries and my wife ordered the southwestern sandwich. YUM!!! For starters, the place was full of people, which is always a good sign. There was little to no line and when a line did form, it was gone in a matter of minutes. I know this is a popular place for workers of the area to grab lunch, so good news. They make you meal relatively quick. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I would definitely return.

Jays is basically prison food. When you do not have enough time for a real lunch life forces you to eat here. The food is overpriced and over processed garbage. They get a star because they are fast. Otherwise they would get a zero.

A Korean owned deli located right across the street from Lifetime Fitness off Snowden River Parkway. Their menu is pretty much the same as the other delis. According to a couple Unilocalers, this is their Grill, not their deli. But their Grill is similar to a typical deli. Wraps, sandwiches, and breakfast items. They are however, super fast when making your food. It was pretty slow when I got there but I ordered a wrap and a sandwich and they both came out in just a couple minutes. A couple minutes. Food was good and their Avocado Fantasy was even better. They just need to put more Avocado in there. Friendly service and good food. Another good deli to come to if you’re around the area! Now to try out their deli and see what the differences are.

Quick, easy and good food. Jae and the gang get you in and out with amazing speed and efficiency. The fried shrimp platter on Fridays is so good! They have something for everybody during breakfast or lunch. A nice hidden gem in an office Park.

I’m pleasantly surprised to have found this on the way to a meeting. The food is fresh and has a good taste, the customer service is good, and the place is clean. The turkey and brie panini has a nice kick to it. For a business park deli this place is tops.

This place is amazing. Great food, great service, great prices. Love the cheesesteak and fries. Just like jae’s deli!

Jae’s Grill is a spin-off of Jae’s Deli, which I have always been a fan of. The food is good, the service is goo, and best of all, they are fast. The prices are a bit high, but what do you expect? It’s Columbia in an office park, they have you by the balls! The other offerings in the office park really don’t offer the same type of lunch-style grill cuisine, and certainly not at the same speed as Jae’s. Take out your wallet and enjoy the fries!
