Flair on the Fly is the perfect company for your next event. We feature professional bartenders who spend thousands of hours training monthly, and work daily in the industry. FOTF is fully liquor licensed and insured for events in Missouri and Kansas. We understand that planning events can be very stressful and tedious, which is why once you hire us… you won’t need to worry about any drink related issues for your event. We can build a portable bar onsite for venues that do not have one, we cater all the alcohol and mixers, and even the straws, beverage napkins, ice scoops, ice, and pour spouts. Flair on the Fly makes each event unique. We can customize drink menus, or create signature cocktails just for your special day. We truly strive to make each event memorable for years to come. History
Established in 2011.
Flair on the Fly was established in 2011, in Columbia, MO. In 2012, our company became the first, ever, private bar tending service to become liquor licensed as a private entity. We continued to provide excellent service to various events to include weddings, birthdays, business parties, college events, and began to pick up a few corporate accounts, as well. After establishing strong business relations with those accounts, word began to sweep the state to other large corporate event coordinators, and by 2013 we quickly expanded to two locations to keep up with demands for our services from St. Louis to Kansas City. In 2013, we also purchased a bar and run 7 days a week with that, as well as full time with catering alcohol to off premise events. We are now busier than ever, and can’t wait to see what the future holds for Flair on the Fly.

Business Owner
Tiffany is a wife, mother of three and a dedicated business owner. She began her quest in the service industry at the age of 14 years old, as a dishwasher in a small town restaurant in her home town. She quickly moved up to a food expeditor, and then on to the front of the house as a server. She served from the age of 16 until 21 while continuing her high school education, graduating early and obtaining a cosmetology license. While the goal was to eventually do cosmetology full time, she desperately missed the personal interactions she had with her patrons. She quickly made the decision at 21 to go full time as a bartender at a busy bar in St. Louis. She continued to work as a bartender at that bar offering top notch service to her customers for 7 years, additionally. At the age of 27, she and her family moved to Columbia, Mo, where she decided to begin her quest as a free lance bartender/owner, it was then that FOTF was born & blossomed into the full time busy company it is today.
