If I could give this place a negative star I would. I have one of THE worst headaches right now but I still need to write this review or I will not be able to go to sleep. What I lost thanks to this location: 1) 75 minutes of my time 2) 16 miles of gas and mileage 3) Productivity — I did not get what I sought and due to the failure of that, I lost valuable study time What I gained: 1) A LOT of stress 2) A worse headache than what I went in having 3) An appreciation for adept people that clearly do not exist anywhere in this location If Chris is working when you are there, expect only the finest representation of what horrible customer service is, and the best definition of incompetence. I was so frustrated with his lack of basic computer knowledge that I actually had to do his job for him. The worst part of it all was when it came to pay; they asked me twice what I expected. At no point did they explain that there is a price difference between printing at the printer in the front vs. printing from their employee stations, which is where my print jobs were done. The absolute SLOWEST worst service I have ever experienced in Columbia. It’s places like this that give the South the miserable reputation that it has(I know, I’ve lived in CA, DC, and NY). If I have the energy to deal with this tomorrow, I will call Susan Hollis, their lucky Center Manager, and explain to her what happened. I honestly cannot understand how they stay in business. Truly the most inefficient, unprofessional, and slowest staff I have ever encountered. I am still raging over this horrible experience. Save yourself the time, money and stress and DONOTGOHERE!!! p.s. If you see my rating history most places I rate get 4s and 5s. It takes A LOT to get me this riled up where I’m ready to write a scathing review, especially w/having a migraine the size of China!
