THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE I WENT THERE THIS MORNING RUDE STAFF AND THEN WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR A NURSE PRACTITIONER AND THEY WERE NOT BUSY MAYBE ONE OTHER PERSON. I went there because I had gotten hurt on my back so I wanted to make sure everything was okay. So I waited an hour n a half with two small children for a nurse practitioner to come in with a list of my previous medicines that are over a year old. Why didn’t she come in with file or my complaint? Essentially she named a medicines that I never filled or if I did it was over a year old and said that but she accused me of being on antibiotics and everything even though it’s over a year old because I called my pharmacy to see what this was about. She was extremely unprofessional and didn’t address my issue at all all she did was accuse me of still taking medicines that were over a year old so she wouldn’t have to do anything and wouldn’t give me a list of medicines she accused me as currently being on the name of this nurse practitioner is MARIE GLASGOW she is extremely unprofessional and is rude do not go here

Don’t waste your time! Very rude receptionist. If you get hurt after 6 PM good luck and if they will see you. I would go somewhere else before even trying here even if it’s a further drive.

The staff is very friendly BUT as I had returned for my second visit and after telling them TWICE i was pregnant I was still sent home with class c drugs after the doctor advised me to only take robitusin. I was out of pocket the costs for the prescription because I was assured the drugs I was given were safe during pregnancy. When I had called the office to ask if they could give me something different I sat on hold for 20 minutes, and then was told that I would be called back promptly. That was Friday, it’s now Tuesday and I’m STILL waiting on a call back. Good thing I didn’t die or abort my baby because the doctors here can’t do their jobs.

I went here today for an interview and arrived before time and witnessed some alarming things. First off I must say that this place operated in an unprofessional manner. I waited over 40 minutes past my interview time and no one ever called me back. Once 30 minutes passed I came up and asked the receptionist and she bluntly said «they’re running late.» During my time waiting in the lobby I noticed HIPAA violations as the receptionist had picked up the phone and had a 5 minute conversation about another patient while she had not even finished checking in the current patient standing at her desk. I also noticed that the lobby was not clean and that there were significant stains, on several of the chairs in the lobby and a, lot of debris on the floor. I recommend Integrity Urgent Care anyday over this place. They need to get it together!

My wife took our Daughter to Qwik Care Urgent Care today
. They told her we haven’t met our deductible, which we have, and then charged her the entire cost for the visit. I contacted our insurance company who informed me they have not submitted any claim as of yet and confirmed that we have in fact met our family deductible. This is the SCAMIEST way any business could possible behave and I would highly encourage everyone to never go to any urgent care where they are going to treat their patients like this. I for one will not be going to this place ever, and I will be seeking recompense from this con artist of a medical provider.

Never fails everytime I make an appointment they are always late. They were supposed to open at 8 and didnt open until 805 then it took until 815 before anyone actually acknowledged anyone. There were 5 other people waiting for there 8 am appointment also. Love doc Colbert but the management is very unprofessional. Will be looking for a place that cares more about there patients. Finally being checked in at 820 am. Unhappy

Fast, friendly service! Had to go in for an X-​ray on a Saturday and I was in and out in less than an hour.
