AutoZone

I went here after my car battery died. I wasn’t sure if that was the problem or an alternator issue. Richard helped me as I explained the problem to him. He took his tools out to my car and tested the battery and determined the problem was the battery. We talked about what I was looking for, he showed me various batteries and prices and what he recommended. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I told him I wanted to do a price check somewhere else before I made a decision and he jumped my car and saw me on my way. I ultimately bought the battery from AutoZone (closer to my home) but I wanted everyone to know that I will conduct more business with them because of Richard. He’s what true customer service is all about. All of this happened on New Year’s Eve, and even though he had to work New Year’s Day, he was still positive and wanted to be there to help people if they needed it. Outstanding customer service!
