I like this place but I prefer if they had a serving dish filled with tums or rolaids. Acid reflex sucks!

Been to this location a couple times. Everyone here is really personable and the place is really clean. Great place to have lunch. I swear Qdoba’s Queso was developed in a science lab in some secret government facility. It’s way too good. Side note– I really wish Coke would just throw in the towel on their Freestyle machines. Every soda tastes like syrup flavors.

So I am a big fan of Qdoba. I had never had it in my small town in Texas and when I moved here with my husband he introduced me to it. I always get a chicken queso burrito and the size is big enough for lunch and dinner! I like to have a small amount of black beans on my burrito because I don’t want a whole mouthful of beans, gross. The girl who works here usually ignores when I say a little black beans but the guy always give me half a spoonful so thanks to him! I did have to stop coming here for a couple months because every time I came into this place I got hit on by an employee and made me uncomfortable, but I haven’t seen him in the past couple months I’ve been in here. But all in all this is a good place for a burrito :)

I’m not the biggest fan of this place because I prefer chipotle, but overall I was left satisfied. The service was efficient and quick and the good was fresh. I ordered a chicken salad without the bowl an was pleased with my dish. It was satisfying and was they have a great portion size. I wish they didn’t charge for peppers.

After visiting this location three times I have vowed not to enter another Chipotle ever again. They have nothing on Qdoba’s(N Academy) guest service! I feel like a guest every time I walk in — instead of a burden. They do not rush my order and their pulled pork is very good! On one visit I over heard a manager training one of his employees at a near by table and I was delighted in his training style and ways of educating his staff more. I do not know the managers name but he leads by example every time I walk in. I will go out of my way to visit this location so I don’t give my money to some another company who do not deserve it!

I really like this place on a normal occasion, but tonight a lot was off. I didn’t notice at first, but the worker making our food was skimping out. He somehow got corn in my cheese quesadilla(I did order pico de gallo in it, but corn isn’t supposed to be in it). Don’t know how that was managed. When I ate the quesadilla it was also missing the cheddar cheese so it barely held together, and biting into it I found many empty spots. My boyfriend noticed that the worker was staring at the tv screen, trying to watch the game, and rushing us through the orders and forgetting a lot. He asked what kind of meat was wanted when we ordered a ground beef burrito. He also asked if we wanted mild, hot, or extra hot sauce when they have five flavors of sauce. He left out the cheese(which the burrito comes with) and didn’t ask which ingredients we wanted but very rudely kept asking«Anything else?» Over and over again. It’s pretty dead right now, so there was no excuse. Very lacking tonight. Kinda disappointed.

I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle because it seems that the ingredients are higher quality and their food doesn’t weigh you down as much as Chipotle. This location is clean and everything is done within franchise standards. A delicious and cheap way to do lunch or dinner! Here’s the link to their health inspection:
