We always love it here! The food is always made to order and the staff are super nice! We also like that they open at 10:30am! Their cakes are also great!

I’m not sure what the allure is here. The burgers are very thin and not very flavorful, and the fries are even thinner. I think Five Guys Burgers and Fries is a better deal.

I really like Freddy’s. I think their skinny crispy fries are awesome. Their burgers aren’t my very favorite being so thin and kind of crispy but they are still very good. I like the California style! I think the fry sauce is also tasty. I absolutely love their custard and that is what keeps me coming back. Their chocolate cake with custard is also crazy good. This will be a regular place for us when we want to splurge on some yummy calories!

Burgers are just ok, fries are very thin and greasy. I know they’re supposed to be a bit greasy, but since they are so thin, the grease is more abundant for sure. The fry sauce is on point, amazing. But that’s the only thing that could get me back here.

Good comfort food and like their custard. My favorite is their double bacon cheeseburger, straw fries, and peanut butter concrete(frozen custard). It’s a burger joint where they cook it when you order it versus it already being pre-made. A notch above the larger chains.

good salty burgers and great onion rings. one of the few places that offers diet dr pepper at the soda fountain. ice cream options for sundaes were great choices and tastier than places like Dairy Queen.

I liked the speed of their service, courteous staff, clean restaurant, and the fact that they have sparkling water on a soda fountain. As someone who loves sprudel over stilles wasser, or sparkling water over regular water, this was a nice surprise, reminding me of this Belgian burger joint, Quick, where their water button spits out sprudel, not regular water. However, I absolutely hated their burger. I had the original double, fries and onion rings. Patties are way too salty, thin and a bit burned. I also hated fries. I do not care for those thick steak fries or potato wedges. But their fries were way too thin for my taste. However I loved their onion rings. I’ll go back and try their fish and chips, though in this case fish and onion rings if they’d substitute for me.

Stopped here for a quick lunch with the wife, horrible mistake. Thier burgers are garbage, paper thin all grease. I’ve had food in jail better than this, wouldn’t wish this crap on my worst enemy. I literally had cramps a half hour later, waste of money and time stay away

Excellent fries and fry sauce! Quick service, affordable prices, and great drive thru service! Burgers are decent but fries are my top choice.

I had never been here before but wanted to give it a shot. Needed something different. I ordered the basic hamburger meal. They took awhile in the drive through but the end result is very good and worth the wait. The hamburgers and customer service are excellent. I will definitely be back and going to try the custard next. Very good place. If you have not been here then you should go.

Oh, if I could only give Freddy’s 5 stars… Let’s just start with all of the great things: –The restaurant was very clean. Counters clean, trash cans clean and trays/baskets neatly stacked on top. Tables were clean and not sticky nor did they have crumbs or trash of any kind from what I saw. — the girl at the counter was very nice. She helped my friend(who has never been to Freddy’s before) understand the menu and everything. — Quick service. We didn’t have to wait very long for our food. — My chicken strips were phenomenal. They were hot and perfectly breaded and had great flavor and juicy chicken. I loved it. Now the bad: — None of the soda machines were working!!! We couldn’t even get water out of the machine. And I highly doubt it happened as soon as my group got there so I’m still wondering why they didn’t tell us when we all purchased drinks. We ended up just getting ice in the cup then getting tap water in the bathroom. It would’ve been nice to get the soda we were expecting though. But on the plus side they gave us complimentary meal cards for the inconvenience which was really nice. I just think that they should pay attention to something huge like that and resolve the issue immediately. They seemed clueless as to the cause of the problem. Overall though, great experience at Freddy’s, as always.

This is our go to spot when craving burgers since we do not have an In N Out in Colorado Springs. This is a family friendly place with plenty of seating for big groups. The service is also good with the staff always being attentive. I usually get the California, but have been trying the hatch chile lately and have been a fan. You can taste the chile and has a bit of a kick but not too much. My wife tried the funnel cake sundae today and fell in love with it. She said the funnel cake did not get soggy even with it having ice cream on top. I was going to try it, buy it soon disappeared once it arrived lol.

I decided to take a chance and try a new Frozen custard spot. I asked the young lady to not over blend mine. I added brownies and cookie dough. «Please leave it chunky,» I say. She says«Ughh, ok.» Her confused reply should have warned me. I brought it home and there was not a chunk of brownie to be found. Blended passed the point of recognition. Poor brownies! FAIL. I have asked other frozen custard establishments such as Culvers and Good Times to leave it chunky and they got it spot on! Chunk city! I won’t be back for the concretes. Perhaps their other offerings will be a better experience. Chunky lovers be warned!

Porn food. Nothing healthy about it but you just can’t NOT indulge. Everything is good. My otherwise healthy digestive system was not happy with this decision though. But it was pretty freaking tasty.

Sorry Freddy’s is not a great burger place by any means. It is doable but there are so many options out there to choose from that I won’t be eating there again. It is a basic drive thru burger joint and that is all. The fries are super salty and the burgers are just plain olé skinny burger’s. Nothing to write home about. This place in NOWAY resembles ANYTHING that In N Out burger puts out. Heck it can’t even compete with Whataburger. Just keep on driving and use Unilocal as your guide to a decent place to eat.

My go-to hamburger drive thru close to home Born and raised California girl, here. My dad was the city planner who was in charge of putting in the In-N-Out Burger in my town — which is why I’m fairly certain it was less than a mile from my house. I still mourn not having In-N-Out here in Colorado. But this place lessens the pain for me, as does Drifters but that’s more of a drive for me. Food: When I need a good, cheap burger and I’ve done my time at the gym, I get the double burger California style. It is the closest thing you can get to an In-N-Out burger. The biggest difference is how they cook the meat, which I actually really like. It’s really thin and the way they do it almost turns it to a meaty lace around the edges that is just YUM. Also, love the fry sauce — it’s pretty much the same stuff In-N-Out uses, just thinner consistency. And the french fries are super thin and crunchy and I love the salt/pepper on them. Given that I do not eat from McDonalds, Wendy’s, etc. this place and Culver’s are the only«fast food» burger places I’ll eat a burger from nearby. Oh, and that little stand at Ranch Foods Direct and Drifters, but those are both a drive. Service: Sometimes the drive-thru takes a little longer than I’m used to with drive-thrus. But I’m pretty much comparing their drive-thru with Starbucks’s and Chick-fil-a’s. But I’ve never had any problems with the drive-thru or sit down. Atmosphere: Overall, pretty clean inside. Nothing special, but no complaints.

Had a good first visit. Burger was solid, custard even better… maybe 5 stars?! They have fry sauce, but it pales in comparison to what you can get in Utah. Service was good, received all our food as ordered. Custard was pretty amazing. had the peanut butter banana sundae(it was called a PBC&C), it was very good. Only minor beef was the cleanliness. It seems to stay busy, so the floors were a bit greasy/sticky and a bit messy. Staying on top of that would change the feel of the place. They do a decent job of busing the tables. That earns a star off. We will be back!

I order a double with cheese. I absolutely love the shoestring fries. The burgers are very flavorful and not very greasy. The place is clean but with all of the tile and vaulted ceilings, it gets really loud with not a lot of effort. Of all the burger places, this is among the best.

Wow… shiny new restaurant in the Springs. Must try… pulled in and walked into what felt like FLOODLIGHTS! The track lighting in this wannabe Johnny Rockets is killing me. Ordered a bacon cheese double steak burger combo for $ 7.97. It was okay. The fries where thinly sliced so they felt a little awkward. I couldn’t finish all my fries and the burger left me with an empty feeling. Best thing about this place was the fry sauce! Yeah… haven’t seen that since I got back from Utah.
