The food is overpriced for one and it’s a little weird when a manager by the name of Shaun tells you that the dip you get comes out of a can. It seems like he’s degrading the food and after that he asks where he can buy crack. This place is a joke.

This was, by far, the worst service we have ever experienced. Our server, Emily, ignored us the entire time we were there.
We went to watch the Broncos/​Steelers game– She took 45 min to take our food order. We tried to wave her down numerous times while she talked to her friends. We finally got her attention (which continued to be the trend of the 4 hour visit we had). Totally, reactive service– tolerable is far fetched. An hour and a half of sitting, our food FINALLY arrived — If you are looking for good food, this is not the place (3 entrees, 1 million appetizers, and burgers that are no better than the freezer aisle at your local grocery). We ate, swallowed the worst dining experience ever, and the food. Things get better…
When we received our bill, we had been charged for items we didn’t order. We told her, she rolled her eyes, and went about like we were doing her a disservice. She went to fix the bill (the first time) to remove the items that we did not order. Next, once the items were removed, she had not applied the BOGO coupon for our entrees, and again, a HUGE inconvenience for her — she stated «At this point, I don’t feel the coupon is something I need to apply.» We did not respond to this comment, as things had already gone from bad to worse.
We received the right bill, with two verification receipts one with a $ 54.00 total and one with a $ 55.00, afraid of being double-​charged. I will keep tabs on my bank account, post-​pending.
I have a hard time believing this is the same owner/​management of the Cleats Rockrimmon, and if it is, I am thoroughly disappointed. The bartender, Tiffany, however, was extremely nice to us and may be the only reason we go back.

Nice idea but horrible execution. Just because you have a lot of TVs does not a negate the fact that you have horrible service bland food and a cheesy atmosphere. It is set up to be a sports bar it is ready to be a sports bar but nothing besides the TVs in random sports flags put it in a sports bar category. The menu is all over the place there’s not one staple food or something and they call their own and a beer selection is not the best. In no way am I comparing his place to Buffalo wild wings but for an attentive should be a little bit better than what you have to offer. Most places I will still give it another try or maybe it was off night but this place I would never go to again. Did I mention I will never go again!!! Because I would never go again. The sad part is it really has potential. Maybe you need more staff or maybe need to reinvent their menu or maybe they need more of a variety of beer. Whatever the case maybe They need to fix it because it is not the other cleats I’ve been to like the one in Denver. This one has a lot of work to do and it’s new. And to top it all off while I waited almost 15 minutes to get a waiter there’s a waitress sitting in a booth in front of me talking to her friends like she wasn’t on the clock! OK I’m done ranting is now over.

Oh goodness !! amazing quick friendly service. Advisement of specials and drinks ahead of the ordering. Annette was incredible at checking with our table. The Mac n cheese by Sean is THE best I have ever eaten. My friend said OMG 12x and she had already consumed the the Diablo pizza. Food is excellent.

Here now and ordered a simple order (chicken wings). Thursday night football. Ordered before half time and still haven’t receive my order. There’s 10 minutes left in the 4^th and still no food. I would not recommend!
Got the bill, not only were we not compensated for their error in not supplying is with our order in a timely manner, we were overcharged. Needless to say, I left a negative tip
Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was wearing normal civilian clothes. Couldn’t tell him apart from anyone in the bar. Was wondering who this individual was who approached the table saying they made a mistake. Still wasn’t compensated for their mistake

Yes, I have definitely experienced better. Way better in fact. Even if I live nearby, I would go to Rhino’s before I come here.

Pretty good food, we had the burger, wings and the loaded potato fries. Will come back!
Great place to watch sports if you’re into that. They have lots of tvs.

Came in on a Sunday, which is happy hour all day, and had a couple of beers and hot wings and the wings were amazing! Couldn’t get enough. Will definitely be coming back!

It was a great place to share a beer with friends and watch the game but also managed to be very kid friendly

It was ok. Not bad and not outstanding. Basic bar fare. Hubs did like the beer. Very roomy and would work for going to happy hour with a group.

Great food and wonderful atmosphere!! Great place to stop by and watch the game or just hang out after Soccer or baseball game.

The Pesto Cheese Sticks, Chicken Bacon Club salad, Pesto Caprese pizza, and Brew Burger are my favorites. My daughter loves the Butcher Block pizza. The place is clean, servers are friendly, and there are plenty of TV’s to watch. The few bands I have heard have been good. When there is no live music, they play good music or there is a jukebox. They made my drink just the way I like it — the UK style for a Hendricks and Tonic must have cucumber slices. Gotta have my veggies with my gin. Great nightly specials. If you are a lady, Wednesday is Ladies Night — Free House liquor 8−11pm.

Loved all the TVs and it looks like it would be super fun on a weekend. The food was a little lacking though. Nachos didn’t have a lot of cheese… and there wasn’t a lot of spinach dip for the amount of money. Still seems like a fun place to do a UFC fight or WWE match on the TVs.

This new location leaves a lot to be desired.
My husband and I have been regulars at the other location for over a year and just love that it’s a local dive bar with live music on the weekends. So when we thought one was opening in our neighborhood we were super excited.
However its WAY TOO BRIGHT for a weekend night I felt like we were walking into on neon TV extravaganza. It has rows of tables, almost cafeteria style, and it was incredibly ridiculously LOUD. It seems tables or just first come first serve so its confusing how to get a waitress so we just went to the bar. We were playing pool at the other end of the bar and my husband I can’t even hear each others conversation. It seems the stage need some dampers or something to catch the echo of the music cuz its almost piercing.
The way I should never complain about a stiff drink, when ordering a double tall beverage it was served in a glass that was way too small so it made it incredibly strong.
But what perhaps I found the strangest is we had two different employees tell us it was better than the other cleats which confuses me that they would make a statement like that.
Undoubtedly we will return because it is the neighborhood bar but when alternating designated drivers we’d rather drive to the other location.

Had a Philly Steak for lunch. A-​Ma-​Zing! Proper bread hot, crisp, fries (definitely made to order food). Yum!
Nice look and feel. Especially liked the TVs. Have to check out a game on the HUGE 140″ screens!
Looking forward to coming back.
