CottageCare

I originally started using cottage care because I was working full-​time and going to school full-​time so it was very difficult for me to take the time to really scrub the floors and clean my bathrooms and vacuum on a regular basis. I called them, received pricing and they started the same week. There were a few glitches in the beginning because I wanted them to do the bathroom and mop/​vacuum all floors. For the first two visits, the vacuuming was not taking place so I called the supervisor and she said that it was not on her list to do, however the first time she called to get everything set up and went over everything with me I had remembered her mentioning all of the above. Slight misunderstanding but from then on, they have been doing a good job. I often feel there are different people cleaning on different weeks because some weeks are better than others but for the most part they get everything that should be done completed. My only complaint is that my family has it messed up within two days after they have been there. I have only a few weeks left of school before I am completely done but am considering to continue with their service so I can spend more time with my family on the weekends.
