Hickory smoked pit. 28 years in Colorado Springs area. Catering available, notable events catered were «Air Force Academy for 5000 persons. Focus on the Family, 3500 persons. No group to large or too small. Also Yakitori Chicken with rice and veg’s. Voted best Bar-B-Que in Springs by the Gazette and Independent. We are no longer in Manitou or on N Nevada. History
Established in 1988.
Charlie started in Oklahoma in 1982. Moved to Springs in 1988 at 1225 E Fillmore where Red-Top is now. Moved to Manitou in 2002 and then to the present location in November 2009
