Papa Tree’s Smokehouse is family owned by Bill (aka– Papa Tree, Dad) and Josh (aka– Tree, Son). Bill grew up in Scott City, KS. Moved to Colorado several years ago. Josh has a passion for food, and making sure everyone’s lunch or dinner is put together as well as it can be! Also, Bill’s daughter Dana runs the window, making sure we have happy, satisfied customers!
