We design Air Force graduation cakes, Air Force promotion cakes, and Air Force retirement cakes; also quinceanera cakes.

Some of the other desserts we offer include cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cake pops, cinnamon rolls, candies, crème puffs, and dipped strawberries (in season).

History

Established in 2005.

Over 38 years ago, I decided to combine my love of baking with the need to express my creativity, and I began designing and baking wedding cakes. Now, many years and hundreds of cakes later, it is still what I enjoy doing most. It is delightful to be in the wedding industry and to be able to share each bride’s special day with her. My ultimate goal is to create a cake masterpiece that tastes as great as it looks, and that will be a beautiful memory for years to come. Over the years, I have added some of my other most requested baked items to the selections I offer. I am also available to design specialty dessert cakes and custom party cakes for your special occasions. We specialize in military cakes, especially Air Force cakes for graduations, promotions, and retirements. We also offer delectable dessert buffets. As always, everything is «fresh, never frozen,» which means the best quality and most flavorful product for you.

Business Owner

I live in Colorado Springs with my husband Bruce, who is a great help and support and delivery boy when I need him. We love spending time in the mountains hiking, and enjoy playing with our grandchildren. We have recently taken up the hobby of backyard chicken farming. After all, we do go through a lot of eggs! We have been married 38 years and have 3 great children, 2 wonderful daughters-​in-​law, 1 terrific son-​in-​law, and 14 adorable grandchildren.
