I hated my experience with this auto shop. It was below my expectations from the customer service to the repair work. They added charges to the bill without discussing with me first. They did not put the correct type of coolant in my car (G12 or G13) after I specifically warned them to. They can’t break down the charges of service and parts like I asked. You can’t rely on them to even stay open during their specified open hours, even when they know you are coming to pick your car up. I have never had a worse experience at an auto shop. Don’t go here. 0 stars if I could.

These guys give mechanics bad names! They will try to sell you things you don’t need and will overlook the things you do need. As I sat in the lobby, they tried over charge everyone who came to the counter. I end up taking my car somewhere else. Stay away unless you like not having your car fix and paying too much!
