I just want to say «THANK YOU SO MUCH» to Mr. Miguel Martin for fixing our car. Our car was in a undrivable condition when we brought it to him. the back and front bumper was really ruined by the accident and I told him that if he cannot put it back the way it is just let me know. Miguel did not promise anything but he said he will try his best. After all the waiting he finally call us to pick up the car yesterday and My husband was so happy to see our car back to how it looks like and even better. This guy really knows what he is doing and did a great job. AW Collision is so lucky to have him in the team and I know that he will get better and better in his chosen field. Thank you AW Collision for making us feel important. We highly recommend AW Collision and Mr. Miguel Martin to our friends and family. Keep it up!:-)

I’d recommend A&W any day. Dealing with body shops usually isn’t as smooth and easy, so I’m really grateful for them. I got my 2012 civic back basically brand new. My car literally hasn’t looked this good since i first got it. Shout out to Diano and Darren, they really took care of me.

Lexus pursuit of perfection definitely doesn’t extend to their recommendations for collision repair.
Call your insurance company first, and go somewhere else if you have a choice.
Complete by dates missed multiple times, promises of calls to update me that never happened, incorrect quotes on the claim causing extra stress and time. Service rep voice mail full often.
Even today. Promised car would be ready, and I’d be out the door in 5min. It’s now been nearly an hour, and the car is still not ready.
The capstone to the entire experience is the manager asking me to bring him a cashiers check, because, there is a chance that my personal check bounces. How insulting.
