It has been almost 1 school year now since my daughter lived here and we have decided to RENEW the lease, despite our initial problems and complaints, because we have seen significant improvement in management and personnel and how they handle conflicts, on top of their maintenance guys are attentive to all our issues when any has risen. We are pleased enough with the improvements in all areas to re-lease as this is a quiet place to live for the most part. Kudos to a change in how things are run now. They did do re-painting this year on the premises and replaced her individual unit door and it did cause a week long of discomfort and inconveniences but after all that — things are back to normal. Now if we can only get the city to install a light at the entrance/exit(which has nothing to do with the apt itself) but that is about the only big gripe we have now with living in this spot as it is quite dangerous coming in and out with the heavy traffic flow going both directions early morning and late evenings when most people are coming and going. It’s very risky with the drivers speeding down Harvey Mitchell to turn out into the left median lane with both sides of traffic. I only hold my breath to make sure she makes it home safely everyday! It’s just a disaster waiting to happen and quite scary– IT probably won’t happen any time soon, but hopefully the city will consider installing a light before something terrible happens. Anyway, we are pleased to renew –everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Hopefully it will be another year of no hassle and continued good and prompt service from the office management/personnel and maintenance people.

Do not live here. This is possibly one of the worst apartment complexes in college station. It is extremely over priced, the management is horrible and the maintenance is nearly nonexistent. They charge you for nearly everything, the apartments are falling apart inside. My apartment is a two bedroom town home, the walls are cracking and the cabinets are falling apart. The bathtub is stained and the floors are cheap dirty(no matter how many times you clean it) wood and disgusting linoleum for floors. I pay nearly 900 for my place and it’s worth around 400. The apartments were clearly rushed and clearly cheaply made. Do not live here.
