Jeffrey Davis worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York under District Attorney Charles Hynes. While at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, Jeffrey was responsible for all aspects of criminal prosecution including prosecution drug offenses including drug possession, felony possession, and drug sales, assault/​menacing/​harassment, DWI offenses, criminal trespass, felony assaults, burglary, forgery, weapons charges, license suspensions, and arraignments.

Jeffrey Davis takes advantage of his wealth of insider experience in the New York criminal justice system. He has developed particular experience in New York criminal law. He has won innumerable hearings in DUI and negligent operator cases, saving clients’ drivers licenses (and many times their careers).
