This Dunkin Donuts is an interesting, every-man-for-himself kind of place. I came in the other day, stood on a fairly long like of at least five customers, and was then beckoned to the Baskin Robbins counter to place my order. I felt kind of weird about leaving the back of the line and placing my order before other previous customers, but no one else was moving, and some other woman came from behind me to go to another one of the registers. After placing my order, I ended up in a weird line/conglomeration of people who were waiting to order and waiting for their orders. I feel like there’s always something confusing or weird happening every time we go here. But the service is pretty quick, the employees are friendly, and the food/coffee is always what you’re expecting from a Dunkin Donuts.

Typical Dunkin Donuts located in a small strip mall on 14th Ave, across from the bigger shopping center. Place was kept clean, service was average, and food was what I expected. Also has a Baskin Robbins in-store, but alas, my lactose intolerance forbids me from ice cream bliss.

There was a lot of staff working– maybe not really somewhere to stay and enjoy coffee or tea but definitely a good coffee stop on your way out or home.

Hostility was pouring off of this one employee, it made me so uncomfortable. I also asked for cream in both my iced coffees and he put milk. Was to nervous to ask for him to fix them. Unwelcoming and rude.

Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a review for a Dunkin’ Donuts but this location warrants a review. This location is supremely busy in the morning but very efficient, with a line of people out of the door you will be served in a less then a couple of minutes. The bagel variety and donut options in the morning is always at capacity though they dwindle later on in the evening, you may have to wait for a fresh batch of donuts but always having Baskin-Robbins ice cream on the side is a huge plus! The staff is super friendly and after a while they start recognizing you by face! They never once messed up my coffee or bagel order and sometimes even toss in a few munchkins for free!

Highly disappointing… this is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins combo. Walked in expecting to walk out with a birthday scoop. It was my birthday… Was quite cheerful upon entering but was met with a «what’s this?», «so you want a scoop?» Man scoops and heads to register. Then proceeds to say code doesn’t work. Manager comes out and tries. My thoughts from entering to throughout this 3 minute exchange…“Wow, someone is grumpy”, «lovely greeting(I’m being sarcastic)», «can he read what it says?», «oh geez, what kind of place», «I guess they don’t know about baskin Robbins birthday club.», «what do u want ME to do about it?», «I don’t want it.» Thanks for a lovely birthday experience. I’ll remember to return when I want to be treated rudely.

There’s a girl here who’s very pretty and makes great coffee, so that’s a huge plus. But then, most of the time the coffee is bland and below average.

The best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, professional and have a great memory– They often remember my usual order. It’s open 24⁄7 and they even make you feel like their #1 customer. One of the employees is especially helpful and inviting– he’s usually there in the afternoons. Great guy, Great Dunkin Donuts. There’s always parking too!

The employees now know me from going here so much. I am seriously addicted to the fresh brewed iced tea and I have been going multiple times a week to have one! There is one employee who is so nice and always gives me a discount or throws in a few extra munchkins when I order them. I never have any issues with my orders here and the lines always move quickly. I know I will be coming here even more now that the weather is getting warmer!

This location is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins combo location. PLENTYOFPARKING, what a relief! There are a few tables in here. Large roomy location. It’s open 24 hours. I used to go here to get a coffee after working late night at the theatre. I mean, you never know when you have an ice cream, doughnut, breakfast sandwich or muffin emergency! Or other crime related emergencies!!! One time, in the middle of the night when I was driving home from working in the theatre, I was living in College Point/Malba at the time. A car full of guys prevented me from being able to turn into my block. how weird!!! So I had to pass by my block… I came back and the car full of guys were gone. I turned onto my block and realized there was a robbery outside of my home. I saw a car whose windows were punched in and the glass was all over the floor. I kept on driving and didn’t go home. I didn’t want them to see where was going and didn’t want to get out of my car when I was alone and they could have been nearby watching me so… I went to Dunkin Donuts. I knew Dunkin Donuts is open 24 hours and asked for help. I was scared and couldn’t go home. They let me stay and let me sit down. I was clearly upset. I sat in Dunkin Donuts, used my cell to call the cops. Waited and waited for hours. it was literally middle of the night. They were pretty nice at Dunkin Donuts. I was just glad they were open and they kept me company. I was hoping I would see a cop since I was in a donut shop… was that wrong of me to think that?! Eventually a couple of hours later I went home because I was emotional exhausted. I went upstairs to my apt and just a couple of minutes later heard something outside. I peeked outside. The guys came back to take more stuff out of the car! The guys were lifting things from the trunk. I quietly called 911 and was whispering that they were right outside of my window still there. I wish I stayed at Dunkin Donuts later! It was by then at least 2 to 4 am. I was watching from my window, no cops showed up. I was in a dark room and only looking from the corner of the window. Eventually these guys left. It took over an hour after my second call for the cops to show up. They saw the car with the broken glass, they saw the trunk open so they closed it. Nothing was there and the guys left so the cops left. I got a call on my cell. The call startled me. I answered. It was the cops asking me if I saw which way they went! I dunno! Why would I know which way they went!!! It was a crazy night. I never got any sleep. Well, the people at Dunkin were very comforting and kept me company. Thanks for being open all night!

Every time I’ve gone in here, never a problem with the order, staff is pretty friendly, but they are quick and efficient. Lines are never a problem, they usually get knocked down pretty fast. Food service is great and only a minimum wait even in the busiest periods. Cleanliness is not their strong point, but let’s face it, not a lot of us sit down at at Dunkin Donuts.

I love the hot chocolate here. I always get the large because I can’t help myself. The chocolate chunk cookies are always a must too. Sometimes I like to switch it up and get a blueberry or corn muffin.

I don’t expect a college education level of intelligence from your average DD employee, but come on… at LEAST know the address of the place you work. Okay, I’ll make it easier. Too many numbers? Just tell me the STREET where you work. No? Do you have a business card I can see? No? Really? I’ll come in here for the ice cream, but I’m sure I’m risking an erosion of braincells every time I walk through the door. Get a clue, guys. You WORK there.
