Just had what should have been a VERY difficult delivery of a pod and dumpster. My driveway is extremely tricky and tight and it was critical that the pod be placed in an exact spot because we needed to access one side of garage to store an electric car. Tim and Andy took amazing care and precision to get it in the exact spot without doing any damage to the surrounding area. they were extremely polite and professional, I HIGHLY recommend this company. they were also extremely respectful of my surrounding neighbors.

This company has steadily increased there prices. They always promise delivery and end up being one or two days late after they promise they can deliver on time if you are a smaller company or homeowner trying to get work done on your house.
Furthermore, they will not let you speak to upper management if you inquire regarding a bill for example. They prioritize there deliveries and they tell new customers that it will be at least a week for delivery, when they are absolutely capable of getting it done in a day or two tops.
Also, Nicole is a very rude individual who spoke to me in a condescending manner. She is a self seeking snobby individual who has her own agenda and does not care about others. She throws her coworkers under the bus and is basically not a nice person according to people I know who work with her.
I would not recommend this company under no circumstances unless you want to pay high prices and be lied to regarding delivery and not be able to speak to upper management. For example, Rob Schwandt and Kristen Beliewski both act as though they are to good to waste there time speaking to you. They will pass you off to there lower level employees. The closest you will get to them is there voicemail, unless of course you are a big paying customer like Service Master for example.
Stay far away from this company!

I wish I had read the reviews before selecting this company. We used them twice with no issues. The third time they didn’t deliver the dumpster we requested. We called the next day and the lady on the phone was rude, argumentative and beyond unprofessional. Unless you want to be verbally attacked, don’t bother with this company.

Do not use this company. They were hauling away a dumpster and tore down a tree in the process that had been on the street for over thirty years. The workers watched it happen and no one cared.

Haven’t had a problem with delivery or pickup, but a very customer service person named Brian who was very rude and was borderline harrassing me when I called to point out I had been billed for a rolloff in a town I have never been to. I politely pointed out that they may have entered the wrong customer number, because we don’t have any property in the town that the bill listed.

Grandpa dropped dread. Kicked the bucket. Went into the great blue beyond. He’s bequeathed all his possessions to you, all 70 years and 6 tons worth. You lucky bastard. There’s some good stuff there, but 99% is junk like Alf dolls, metal gum ball machines with missing parts, dishwaher racks, a gas dryer, but the house is wired for electric… It’s ALL so overwhelming. Call Graham. They’re out of Hyannis, but they don’t care that you live in East Gum Shoe. Call them. They will arrive at the time promised with a container to suit your need. Cheaper than Got Junk, even it you loaded it into their truck yourself. Graham will let you keep the container for days while you load all that Crap for a very reasonable price.
