Great business! Great people! Great experience! Myself and 2 friends had been talking about skydiving for more than 10 years and never got around to it. Last year we committed and signed up with NorCal. We all jumped for our first time and it was a epic! Our instructors were clear in their directions and just as excited as we were. After our landings we took them up on the 2^nd jump deal and we returned just this last weekend for our second jump. Even better than the first!!! I personally am going to be jumping more than once a year.

Hands down, the dopest experience I’ve ever had!!!
This was my first time skydiving, and it won’t be my last with NorCal! I surprised my boyfriend with this adventure for our second year anniversary and was impressed with every aspect from scheduling the reservation to landing on my own two feet. The service was excellent (told them we were running late due to traffic and they were flexible with the change in arrival time) and the instructors that jumped with us were informative, fun and experienced! Cliff and Tyler were so good at explaining everything we needed to do to ensure our safety, and to make sure we had a great time!
Thank you NorCal Skydiving for making my surprise anniversary gift to my man such a memorable occasion! We can’t wait to fly the skies with you guys again!

A truly unbelievable experience. The NorCal Skydiving team are true professionals. They kept me informed with the right information so I was prepared and comfortable from take off to a smooth landing. You can tell they have a clear process but make you feel at home. They take the time to get to know you, which made me feel like a priority and valued customer. Needless to say, the views are outstanding but the airfield has a charm as well. Highly recommend!

It was my first time ever skydiving and what an experience it was! NorCal Skydiving was amazing and made my whole experience very memorable. I went with a big group after our bachelor/​bachelorette weekend. I also did the picture and video package which I definitely recommend anyone doing! I love the family like atmosphere NorCal Skydiving had. I will definitely be coming back and have already recommended this place to close friends and family! Even got to meet the owner which was really cool and he was a super laid back guy. Keep up the great work guys! Much love and appreciation for all that you do!

My boyfriend and I went skydiving at NorCal and it was our first time ever!!! It was AWESOME!!! The adrenaline though!!!

Everybody was super friendly and very informative. I went for my 25^th birthday in which my 84 year old aunt, 83 year old grandfather, and 31 year old brother joined me in jumping. We made it a family affair and the employees were very welcoming. Everything went super smoothly and I would highly recommended going here.

This is the first time we sky dived and it amazing!
First off the instructors were great. Very friendly, funny and enthusiastic. This made it a lot easier for me to forget about being nervous and just enjoy the experience!

Where can I start? Avoid the back roads take the 101 there.
These ppl are very friendly and make you feel at easy.
A quick video and a lil paperwork is all the class required.
They offer video and picture service for an additional fee.
Both my video and pictures are of high quality and worth it a must if ur gona skydive. I met up with my instructor Tyler. who explained the jump step by step, answered all my questions super nice guy. We jumped into our plain went up 14 000 feet, during which pics and video was being taken. Tyler explained the process once more and once we reached the jump of zone the door opened and away we went. The feeling is awesome. Once back on ground all the staff members congratulated me for now joining the club. As I walked back towards the hanger a couple going up next asked me how was it, I told them awesome, something they would have to experience for themselves I couldn’t put it into words… They looked a bit scared lol. At the hanger I took a few pics with Tyler with my phone and they let me know my video and pics would be ready in 15 mins. Once it was ready on usb I asked if they could email me some pics since my iPad won’t take usb sticks. I picked a few pics and they emailed them to me how cool of them. I was offered a 2^nd jump at a deal
I took them up on it and will be back for my 2^nd jump .

Amazing experience! Shawn, Tyler, and Jeff were so friendly and accommodating, and made our group comfortable and super excited from the get-​go. This was my second jump (first at another location) and was by far the most amazing. The location, the amazing experience, the adrenaline rush! It’s a must in your lifetime. I feel the «high» for weeks and can compare this experience to nothing else. Kudos to NirCal for being so damn amazing!

NorCal Skydiving was a perfect choice for my first jump. They were friendly over the phone and took a last minute reservation for me and a friend. We showed and the the paper work and payment was easy. We waited just a few minutes for a group to go before us, which is fine because I kind of just wanted to hang out and get to know the instructors for a bit. The guys were totally chill and friendly and I almost forgot why I was there in the first place because I was just happy hanging out. They did a good job getting good pics and video and making sure we felt comfortable before, during and after the jump. I would definitely recommend this place. The views are top notch!!! Say woof to Bison for me.

First time skydiving tandem. Can’t compare it to much but it was fun and I felt taken care of and safe. Fun staff.

Pleasantly surprised;)) The entire staff is awesome. They are down to earth and make you feel comfortable. No pushy sales pitches, just all there to have fun. All the staff is professional. Tyler was my tandem instructor. He made me feel comfortable and safe. Walked me through the steps on land as well as again while in the plane. I dubbed him «the tandem whisper»… He’s pretty awesome really! I’m glad I experienced it there, overlooking some amazing scenery with wineries, lakes, the ocean… It was gorgeous!!! Lived it! Loved it and laughed my butt off too! Great time! Thank you NorCal for the experience!

WooHoo, is Right! NorCal Skydiving at the Cloverdale DZ was a BLAST! David is my primary AFF instructor and he’s very well versed in his craft. This man has over 2K jumps and is extremely savvy and professional. He explains everything clearly and ensures you’re not only verbally tested, but physically as well. David was thorough in all aspects of the grounds school, which made for a smooth jump. Hanna, (David’s partner) also assisted in the ground school training and she was also very thorough on every aspect of the training. She is also an excellent rigger, as I was there to witness her skills as she instructed two additional AFF certified students with their rigs.
Jimmy was my final decision maker. Jimmy is a very up-​front, no BS type of guy. Definitely high-​speed as well. If you don’t apply what you’ve learned from the ground instructor (s), there’s no way he’ll clear you for your jump. Jimmy is your final test instructor. I was very humbled in his presence.
The overall staff there were very nice and approachable from the ground crew, pilot and jumping staff. I’m definitely looking forward to finishing up my AFF here and jumping here in the future. Nice crew, good people, good atmosphere and I had a BLAST!!!

They have a calming therapy dog named Bison (i don’t know that they bill him as such, but for me it was an integral part of my day).
The organization was extremely professional while being fun and light at the same time.
I really wasn’t nervous at all. I knew only one person who organized the 12 of us for this day, my dear friend/​cousin Raja. I was the first jumper and it was quite incredible. Safe, experienced, friendly, supportive staff at NorCal Skydiving.
The photos and video are awesome — don’t skip this.

It was an emotional experience and I will do it again.
I think I would even try to jump with the same JumpMaster again. he was very calm and we kind of had the same energy and I think I have a *small crush* on him after sharing such an intimate experience.
I will probably feel this way about all of my future JumpMasters bc of the brain’s chemistry during this jumping out of a moving/​flying piece of tin at 12K feet, ie, it is a feeling of ecstasy :)
I made it.

I’m writing this 5 star review because I’m alive, which means I survived the fall!!!
They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I brought my boyfriend, his sister and her boyfriend here for a birthday event.
BF and his sister were not too thrilled and were jokingly (I think) saying they weren’t going to do it or that it wasn’t too late to stop. We pressured them to do this once in a life time thing (who knows you may end up loving it and become an avid jumper).
If you’re one of those people who are like, «I don’t feel the need to risk my life for fun» then you need to live a little!
Needless to say, my bf and his sister (the two that were most scared and reluctant) came out really enjoying and loving the overall experience.
The guys that you strap onto are also quirky and fun!

Wish it was 4 ½ stars — just not saying 5 because nothing is perfect (but it was darned near).
Jumped out of a perfectly good airplane in tandem with an instructor. My first, and definitely not my last, and I am contemplating doing the AFF thing with these guys.
The thing is, my friend who took me is an «up jumper» with 20 years and more than 800 jumps under his belt — he has jumped everywhere and seen everything and he gives NorCal the 100% «jump here» rating. There are many places he will not jump because they are not USPA rated/​compliant or they are «sketchy.»
It was amazing — staff was kind, fun, and helpful. I felt confident with both the pilot and the instructor.
It was a busy, crowded, Saturday afternoon, but they worked to get up us in a timely fashion (even though a party of 9 before us had been 2.5 hours LATE).
Editing this review to give special kudos to Garren (who was my tandem instructor). He had come in earlier in the day to do recreational jumping for himself, and then was pressed into all afternoon tandem duty. Thank you, Garren, for your patience and competence and willingness to go the extra mile.
S0, I say — Jump Here!

It was on my list of things to do and if I did get smashy smashy I wanted the scenery to at least be beautiful. Instead of just farmland like most of the other northern California skydiving places, you see the ocean, the vineyards and the mountains.
It’s a small operation. It’s a motley crew but they know how to skydive and they take their safety seriously. They also have a high number of jumps under their belt. The safety video is hilarious, you are taken into this room and they play a video from the 80’s with a guy that looks like he always wanted to be in ZZ Top who basically tells you there is a strong possibility you can die and then you sign your life away. There is some waiting involved after this occurs.
It’s a little hard to breathe before the parachute comes up because the wind is sucking at your skin, but that doesn’t last long. Even though you are only up there for a few minutes, you really do get a chance to look around and enjoy the scenery.
They will try to get you to spend more money. Honestly, you don’t need the professional photos, just get the cheaper option of the guy you are riding tandem with and their Go Pro. The pictures are just as good and a whole lot cheaper. They will not let you take your own Go Pro.
If you had fun, tips are appreciated.

One of the coolest thing I ever done. I did a Living Social deal and the time was ticking before it expired. We got there, sign papers, watched a horrible safety video, and off we go.
I was instructed by Taylor and he made the skydiving experience very comfortable. Got harnessed up and got into the plane. I didn’t expect the plane too be super duper small. Only the pilot got a seat. My friend and I, and two instructors cramped into the plane’s floor. Takes about 10 minutes to reach 8000 ft. The door opens and out I go. The drop was amazing with views of the vineyards, lake, Pacific coast, and even the SF peninsula. Taylor also did a great job capturing the drop on video with his goPro.
I would recommend NorCal any day.
