Viscount Pools Spas & Billiards

I would give Viscount pools a 5 star in purchasing and financing the pool. Jeff was very helpful and the process went quickly and smooth. The above ground pool arrived and was ready for installation in a week. That’s where the problems began. The installer they recommended did a measurement but didn’t give a quote and I had to have Viscount pool to hunt him down just to return a call. When they did come to «install» the pool, the price now jumped $ 200 and they put up the pool but the heater and filter are just sitting out. If I had known that I would have to get a plumber and electrician to come out it wouldn’t have been a big deal… but when I pay $ 100 to «install» the heater I didn’t think that meant taking it out of the box and hooking the connector.
