McDonald’s

Place sucks. Not once in 4 – 5 years of going there have they given me the sauce that they asked me if I wanted. I say yes I’ll tue sauce for my daughters happy meal. Get home and surprise its not there. Nice waste of time and six dollars. I’m not going back up there several miles in rush hour for just sauce. They consistently do this. In fact they always 100% of the time do this. Why even ask what you want if they are not going to put it in the bag. Totally ridiculous.

Best McDonald’s around. Always friendly and food always fresh. And never had a problem using my debt card unlike the one on Hayes and 19 mile. Keep up the great customer service.

Coffee is DISGUSTING! Get with the times people, buy a stainless steel pump pot, pour fresh brewed coffee in it so it does not taste burnt to hell.

Worst drive thru ever. Literally took 12 minutes for our order just now. There were 7 cars in line, we got to the window and the asked us what our order was we had already ordered and paid for! Food was cold, although it probably wasn’t when we ordered it and they bagged it! Avoid at all costs!

I was going to give this McDonald’s at least two stars for the one and only good employee here, but he wasn’t wearing a name tag just like the rest of the crew wasn’t. I brought my son here because of the play place and to grab a muffin. The play place was fairly clean, but every table was filthy as well as the seats. As our order was being taken, one employee was talking to an employee that wasn’t working that day but was standing at the counter the entire time I was here. The staff, except for the guy taking my order, were texting each other and taking about it out loud. I had to stand and wait for the female worker to finish her conversation with the employee that was off for about 2 minutes before she realized that I needed her. I asked if she would clean off the tables in the play area and she scoffed at me and the staff all made jokes, which were either about me, or that she actually had to do some work. I wouldn’t be surprised by either.
Please don’t come here. I would not trust the food, and the only reason I stayed is because I can’t tell my son no play place after arriving and walking into McDonald’s.

Stopped in for a Caramel Frappé with a shot of espresso.
Which they made quite well, BUT enter this crater/​pothole filled parking lot-​drive thru at your own risk.
