Ordered a sliding glass door to be installed on 4÷5÷12. First the installer cancelled his appointment the day of the work because he was sick. Then he realized the door was never delivered so he would not have been able to install it anyway. Did accommodate us on the reschedule, then he cracked a tile in our kitchen in the process. AND they forgot the screen that we paid for. It is now almost 3 months since order date and no one has been back since the install to fix the tile or install the screen. Lowe’s calls once a week to check in and when we tell him the status we still get no follow up call. Installer is poor and follow up could be better.
