Executive Chef Brian Pancir Executive chef Brian Pancir a culinary and business graduate with 20 plus years in the food service industry. European decent with family, world traveled, and master chef training has inspired techniques and flavors that has brought new light and a breathe of fresh air to the industry. Voted best chef of the Hampton’s by Dan’s papers. Opened and consulted for lady Gaga’s Joanne’s trattoria restaurant.
The knowledge and true passion for the industry chef Pancir was also the chairman of the culinary/hotel restaurant management department. Always enjoys giving back to students at the Culinary Institute. With published wild game recipes and European inspired food recipes and soon a new cook book «cooking with and for kids» An award winning chef, culinary innovator known for producing top-quality creative food. Known as «the» New York Yankee chef he has been cooking for the players of both clubhouses and Yankee executives for years. Yankee stadium, Dallas Cowboy
