This is a very nice place to be! I’ve lived here for 6 months and don’t have a single complaint.
They offer a few sizes of studio style apartments, they have a conference room, laundry mat, gym, and coffee shop all in one building!
Both staff and residents are all very friendly, and what a mix of people; families to students, to young professionals.
Easy access to highways and in a good location for city living!
I would recommend this residence for anyone. Clean and top notch.

I have lived at University Studios for almost a year now and there hasn’t been a moment that I haven’t loved it. The apartments may be on the small side but they’re cozy and everything is new and updated which is nice. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very understanding. They’re always helpful and so friendly. The building is very secure so feeling unsafe is never an issue. Free parking is wonderful and though it may get crowded at times I have never had a problem finding a parking spot. The new gym and game room is a nice touch and I can’t wait for the coffee shop downstairs to be finished. Then this building will be perfect!
I would definitely recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a nice apartment downtown. You can’t beat the price and the location is great!
