I called Obar Door & Gate last week based on the positive reviews found here, their service was quick, easy to make appointment and get the job done within the time estimated. this morning, one of the roller came off the track, and the door was not able to open fully, I called them again as it was the similar issue happened last week, still waiting for them to get back to me.
they come back today and fixed the door, replaced 2 roller and tighten up the track with no charges. wow, I am impressed with their customer service, the repair guy is very knowledable and friendly. highly recommend their services! Yes The Obar deserved 5 stars!

On short notice I discovered I had a broken spring. Upon further investigation I needed a bearing as well. I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. The technician was on time and very nice. He fixed my issues accurate to the quote I received on the phone. They came in substantially less than others. Great service, great prices and quick response. I could not ask for more. Next time you need garage door service make sure and call these guys you will be happy that you did.

Our garage door stopped working so I called Obar based on the Unilocal review I found. They answered the phone right away — had someone out the same day — called to let me know when their guys were on the way and installed the new part the same day they received it in. The service was so professional which is rare these days. I would highly recommend them!

Recently my garage door broke. I knew exactly which parts needed replacing, so I sent a detailed email to about 8 local door repair companies requesting an estimate. Of the 8, only Obar responded with an email that had a professional quote attached, with a breakdown of costs, presented on company letterhead with signature. Very nice. 2 others gave me a price via email, 1 other said he’d call (never did). And the last 4? Not a peep.
Not only was Obar the most thorough in their communication, they also ended up being the first ones available, with the lowest price. Rarely do you feel like you hit a home run. But my garage door was fixed within hours, they were honest (no attempt to sell me a whole new garage door opener as one of their competitors did), and the price was great.
They have a customer for life.
