History
Established in 2004.
Huron Square Deli opened in December 2004, in downtown Cleveland’s Theater District. The owner literally turned the lights back on at a classic diner on the Huron Road side of the Halle Building garage that had been dark since mid-summer.
Having trouble finding a nearby place to eat breakfast one Saturday after moving into an Apartment building down the block, the owner wanted to cater to the increasing residential aspect of the downtown neighborhood. After opening, he was pleasantly surprised with the volume of lunch from the surrounding businesses.
In January 2012, this family run deli partnered with Triggers Café; featuring a new drink menu of specialty coffees, teas and smoothies.
