History

Established in 2001.

We were currently Mardi Gras Deli of One Cleveland Center from 1994 – 2000. We changed concepts and locations in Oct. 0f 2001.

Meet the Business Owner

Anna H.

Business Owner

Anna began her career following her father around his establishment, The London Bar and Grille. Her first job was at Little Caesars where she became a manager. Through out college she worked as a bartender and waitress where her values of service and quality over sales developed.

She ended up purchasing her first business, «Mardi Gras Deli» in 1994. In 2000 she became more informed of local and organic products and developed a new concept for downtown dining. She moved to the IMG Building and opened «Good To Go Café».

Her client list has included numerous companies in the downtown area and also numerous celebrities and professional athletes.

Her dedication to service and quality is seen daily in her creations.
