Really a greate event for family or a date. If the kids get bored with the movie or just plain antsy you can bale to the GIGANTIC playground just behind the showing. Food is everywhere so no need to pack a snack, you will need to bring BYODrink in a closed container to reduce spillage. pretty cool place

Are you looking for something free and fun for the family to do over the weekend? Well go down to Clearwater’s pier 60. Every Friday Saturday and Sunday(wheather permitting) they have movies playing. It is free to watch. You do have to pay for parking, but it’s not too bad. Some of the movie can be older movies and every once in awhile they do play something current. The movie starts at sunset. If you get there early they have the pier full of arts and crafts you can look at and buy if you like. Also they have a playground area for the kids to run around in. Also they have buskers(street performers) that throw fire or dance or play music. This is such an easy and wonderfull time to just hang with the family or just go down by yourself and have some relaxing time. Make sure if you want to watch the movies you bring a chair or something to sit on, also a blanket now that it is getting cool out. I am the type of person that it gets below 76 and I’m cold so I even have a blanket with me in the summer time. This is one of my favorite places to go.
