Kai Lani Catamaran is a 50′ performance catamaran designed with safety and comfort in mind, and capable of speeds over 20 knots under sail, which should excite even the most experienced sailors. There’s plenty of room on Kai Lani’s deck for sunning or lounging while sipping cool refreshments served by our friendly crew. 2 Hours Daily.

Private Charters are very popular aboard Kai Lani. Corporate gatherings, birthdays, weddings or just a great party with friends and family. Kai Lani’s specious deck plan is ideal for all these events.

Every evening Kai Lani leaves on its sunset cruise off Clearwater’s scenic coast. A few minutes out, the noise and bustle of the beach are just a memory as the sun streaks the clouds crimson… A romantic cruise for couples, to be sure. It can also turn into a great party! A perfect way to end the day.

With a 41 passenger capacity, over 1500 square feet of above deck space, a snack/​beverage station, and two bathrooms, the Kai Lani is the perfect vessel for your special occasions

Definitely a great time on board Kai Lani. Mike and Brad are great hosts. Mike’s been doing this for many years so he makes sure guests are comfortable and safe. Brad is a good bartender and second mate. We did the sunset cruise on a cool January evening. The water was very calm and we saw several pods of dolphins. Nothing better than relaxing on board with a couple of beers and meeting new people. You won’t be disappointed.

We booked the entire boat and had the time of our lives. We took our sales team on the cruise and everyone enjoyed it. Captain Mike made our trip especially fun. I would highly recommend this boat and crew. Our owners are not easily impressed and they couldn’t say enough about the hospitality our group was shown on our cruise.

Went out on the Kai Lani tonight. Crew was great, helpful, and make everyone on the boat comfortable. Brad was on top of things making sure everyone had what they needed and Mike did a great job making sure the boat was in the perfect place for sunset. Beautiful sunset and great times!

Thanks CPT Mike for an awesome sunset cruise. Enjoyed a couple cold Amstel lights and sangria son board. Cash bar.
Saw a few dolphins and the sunset. Very clean catamaran and nice times playing while cruising.
The boat was comfortable. Brad was the ship mate and bartender.
We will definitely check Mike out the next time we are in the area. He knows the area and also knows my beloved Hawaiian islands. My husband really enjoyed chatting with him as well. His wife is English, hence the American and England flag. Wish she would have been there to meet :)
Mike had great recommendations for dining and eating in the area.
Everyone was kind and we got to know a couple other couples on board since you sit pretty close to each other. Our cruise had about 30 – 40 people. Not too crowded. Nike does request you kick your shoes off and stick them under the seats to keep the floors scuff free. No sweat. We enjoyed him and the boat!

Horrible unprofessional staff!!! Made reservations a week in advance and we were bumped from our sunset cruise because it was overbooked. The staff was unapologetic and rude.

This is a nice, quiet, relaxing way to see the sunset on the gulf. The catamaran is very comfortable and the captain/​crew are friendly and take good care of you during the cruise. Would like to do it again!

I do not have the words to describe just how perfect this experience was! My wonderful fiancé proposed on this boat a few nights ago. Not only was this an amazing moment in itself, but Claire and Mike were so supportive and wonderful! They truly made us feel like family and made us so comfortable out on the water. We had beautiful weather and smooth sailing the entire time. The drinks are also a wonderful addition to such a beautiful boat :) We cannot stop talking about how amazing this was and are already planning our trip back! See you soon, Mike & Claire :)

Fantastic experience. Captain Mike was friendly, professional. Beautiful sunset cruise. Beer, wine, affordable. No rips offs hear. The real deal. Only critique I’d say was to turn off the music toward the end of the trip so people can enjoy the quiet. I loved it!

This is a nice relaxing way to see the Clearwater Beach area from the water. The catamaran sailboat is very stable and gives you a comfortable ride. The captain and crew take good care of you while you are on trip. I like the sunset cruise, as it is probably the most beautiful time of day to sail. There is no real entertainment for kids, so I rate this as better for adults.

My husband and I took the sunset cruise last night and had a great time. Good music, bar (alcohol as well as water and soft drinks) and a great ride! We had approximately 15 – 20 people on our trip and enjoyed it very much! The 2-​person crew interacted with us and we even sang happy birthday to one of our fellow passengers. I highly recommend this fun excursion! Would love to do it again!

Captain had little to no interaction with passengers thus a quiet cruise. Great boat. Great route around island. Good refreshments. Boat one of the best I have seen If you have done Caribbean. Charters where the crew entertains you and you loved it then this boat is not for you

We had an amazing time on Kai Lani for our team building activity. Claire was great to work with and made getting it set up very easy. It was a relaxing afternoon and we saw over a dozen dolphins. Does not get much better. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time aboard the Kai Lani in Clearwater. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. We did the sunset cruise. Glad we did too because after six they don’t charge for parking near the dock. There are several sunset cruises down here. We chose this one even though it was a little more expensive I figured there would be the least amount of kids on this one. (especially the pirate ship thing)
