Sentry has squandered money by collecting rent from squatters unbeknownst to homeowner overseas. One of their communities is facing constant burflary and they refuse to utilize the excessive surplus to take any type of security measures to assist the community despite homeowner efforts in support of efforts. They fail to provide transparency of financial documents to the homeowners including contract terms in an effort to change management companies.

The issue was resolved last year and since then the maintenance is continuous as it should be.
The woods were cut back from our property and new sod was put done by an amazing company. Thank you.

My experience for the last 11 years with Sentry Management has been terrible. They are unprofessional, rude, and they many times don’t even respond to homeowners. I have nothing positive to report unfortunately.
