Chili’s

Ordered 10oz steak, shrimp & enchilada soup.
Steak was tough and cold, shrimp was cold and inedible, they were translucent. The soup was nothing but a clump of tortilla chips and some chicken! Waited almost 2 hrs for this dinner that I couldn’t eat! Won’t try that again!!!

It was the worst experience I had I ordered a cheeseburger medium well done it was overcooked no cheese. The cheese quesadilla was terrible. The one in Pinellas Park he’s great I would never go back to East Bay ever again this is not the first time either check out the cookers

The past couple times I went here, it was great until this time. I don’t even remember the waitresses name but she totally neglected us. Usually we tip no matter what but my boyfriend’s only requirement is that our drinks are filled. We only saw her twice the whole time. Once when she brought us drinks originally and when she gave us our check. She had a different waitress bring us our food.

Totally had the best experience with Ivonna this evening!
Met my parents here for dinner, I live in DTSP and they’re in Palm Harbor. The Largo area is a great middle ground for us so we meet in this area often. I’m also vegan and they’re not, so we try to find happy mediums with that too.
Ivonna was super nice and personable, just the right amount of gracious, she was there when we needed her, and knew when the let us chitchat. She was a wiz at putting together an awesome bowl for me since I don’t eat dairy or meat. And mentioned that she was going vegan soon herself. I gave her a few ideas, but am so incredibly thankful for the effort she put into ensuring our meal was right and good.
She is an asset to this location! We’ll come back to see her!

Dirty booth, server had an attitude when we brought up there was food on the floor. Burger was cold, no refills/​poor service.

I haven’t been to a Chili’s in a very long time.
We’re visiting the St. Petersburg — Clearwater area for hockey. We have a team of kids with us so we decided to give Chili’s a try.
The service was prompt. Food was tasty but not at all on the healthy side. Very filling and not expensive.

Wasn’t greeted at the door, waited about 10 mins to be seated by a young kid with an attitude like he had better things to do and didn’t want to be there. I wanted to walk out but I was with family. Server did okay with drinks but disappeared for a long time. We ended up ordering the rest of the food with a diff server, and she seemed pissed that we flagged her down, very rude. It took forever to get our food out, about an hour for a table of 4 people. We saw our original server once or twice as she refilled drinks but didn’t give much attention otherwise. Never saw a manager or supervisor walking around like you normally do. The food came out room temp which leads me to think it was sitting for a while. I didn’t take the check or otherwise I would’ve probably asked for the manager.
I will also add that I noticed a couple at a table across from us having the same issues except they were ignored completely after being seated. They also had our server. I think I saw them walk out.

Not a good experience no phone signal the lime for my tequila was bad and the bartender was not very attentive she was nice but overall not good

Nice staff. I like the food when I eat inside but when I order for pick up is not hot at all. The fries are warm but not hot. The Dr. Pepper ribs are good.

Saddest nachos I’ve ever seen in my life… they looked a day old. It seemed as if they stuck them in the microwave to melt the cheese

Went to chili’s for the 100^th time hoped to watch football eat and drink.
The staff looked at us like we had something wrong with us. They wanted to close because the fire alarm was continuously going off. We ate and paid our $ 65 tab… no apologies and made to feel very uncomfortable.
Applebee is almost nextdoor… we will be spending our money at applebees.

The best Chili’s experience I’ve ever had. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was over the top. The servers name was Elizabeth. Ask for her!

Wow, seems I haven’t been to a Chili’s in a long time because they got good all of the sudden.
First off, they had two for one on draft beers, served in a chilled mug. Bonus! Second they had a wall of TV’s to watch the game. And finally, I got to pick and choose my meal of three different Mexican dishes. Obviously what really matters is the food. It may be the beers talkn but the food was great.
They also have a self service payment system now at the table. No more waiting on the check. Click Payment on the tablet-​like device and look over the bill. Just swipe a credit card pick the tip amount, try to sign with you finger and choose what type of recipes. I love technology.
Well done guys.

No complaints about this place.
As far as options, there are many. It is super tempting to get a sizzling plate of fajitas or indulge in their top shelf enchiladas, but their salads are equally palate pleasing. Plus, the new tabletop kiosks that let you read USA Today (and play games for a fee) is just too cool!

The pizza on the menu looked big so we asked the waitress how big it was ans she showed us with her hands… after getting it, it was only a small pizza and I got it for my wife and I to split and it costed us $ 9 dollars, what a total rip off.

Chili’s what can i say. Slightlu better then applebees but overall dirty. I got a menu from then that was covered with cheese. Showed it to the waiter and he did not even apologize. Just handed be a new one. Food is just ok. Your basically late night go to place when you have no other place or options open in the area.

I’ve always like the variety of the menu at chilis and this location just was renovated and looks great. The bar area is small and normally crowed, but service is always pretty quick. Chilis has some of the best chips and salsa around!

Here for lunch. Ordered a Caribbean Chicken Salad, but they came out with a basic chicken salad. They quickly brought out what I ordered. A chipper waitress was very enthusiastic about her job, which we all recognized.
Typical, basic Chilis food, but the wait staff secured the 3 star rating… efficient lunch service.

I used to be a Chili’s fan up in New York and that all changed when I moved to Florida. Before going to this particular location, I had gone to the one on N19 near the Countryside Mall and one on Hillsborough. Neither of them were good at all.
This location, the food was better than those two mentioned above, although still not as good as the ones in New York. The service? The waitress did not even come by once to check on us. The only time she came was when we were trying to pay.

I’m usually not a Chili’s fan; however, I was outnumbered and off to Chili’s we were. Haven’t been to Chili’s in a while, I learned that they added new menu options; the new menu is rocking it. The new menu offers tacos and quesadillas amongst other new goodies.
My colleagues and I started with the boneless wings, but eh, they were nothing to write home about; I’ve had better.
What I did enjoy was the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla I ordered. The quesadilla was packed with chicken, cheese, bacon chunks and ranch dressing — yummy. The quesadillas are served with guacamole, sour cream and a side of refried or black beans. The beans are a bit watered down but edible.
The service: at first our waiter was very good and checked on us frequently. Towards the end of the meal he slacked a bit and took a while before we were able to get the check.
Overall, the location is central and parking is ample. Would recommend and would return if in the area.
