Windermere Lynne French and Associates

Over the last 5 years I have used Lynne French’s office (particularly Stacy H) 3 times. And I cannot speak more highly of their services. The First transaction was the selling of my Dad’s house at time when he was declining in health and at that time, I had an accident and was unable to physically complete the move. Lynne French’s team not only offered to help but helped !!! They are an extremely caring company that went beyond the call of duty !!! A few years later, I decided to sell my house and purchase a new house. Both transactions were handled by Lynn French’s office (Inga and Stacy) and again both transactions went great. On the buy side, Stacy was unbelievable… she kept me updated and with all her experience also provided suggestions that allowed me to make my own decisions. We hit a couple of snags on the buy side but Stacy was persistent, knowledgeable and amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I refer them at every opportunity.

I was going to wait until the purchase of my new home closed, but I just cannot contain myself! I have bought and sold 6 homes. I only wish I could have had the Lynne French team by my side during those transactions! What a team! I just sold my home in Clayton after living in it for 34 years. Everyone knows that buying and selling and moving can be very emotionally draining. Not so with Lynne, Stacy and Inge (as well as support staff Julie and MaryBeth). I cannot say enough good about this team. Their expertise is beyond phenomenal!!! Lynne priced my home perfectly for a smooth sale. Stacy Hengemihle sat down and learned what I wanted and needed and then went to work looking for the «perfect» home for me. And, talk about communication!!! I never went very long without an answer to any of my questions. The great part about it is that they work with JVM Lending (also phenomenal), so if I had to have any further information, Heejin Kim was right on the phone to me! Stacy even called me when she went on vacation!!! Inge staged my home and I got exactly what I wanted (even more!) Were there «bumps in the road» along the way — -aren’t there always? But the team jumped right in, and rolled up their sleeves and smoothed the road. It was nearly seamless. I will NEVER use any other realtor… EVER! I will NEVER recommend any other realtor… EVER!!! The entire team made me feel that I was in such good hands! They truly care about their clients as well as the community. I refer them to everyone! I am in the process of purchasing a lovely home with Stacy at my side. This team is the most competent, professional, caring team EVER!!! Do not make the mistake of going to anyone else but the Lynne French team! I cannot thank them enough! And you will be thanking them as well! They are THE BEST!

Great experience with this office. Have sold two houses with them and bought two other houses. Love them. You couldn’t ask for a better team of people. I refer all my friends and family to them and everyone has loved them.

My husband and I purchased 3 homes with Stacy Hengemihle from this office and we will never use another realtor — ever. All three of these purchases were foreclosure properties and Stacy stuck with us every step of the way through each of the difficult processes. One in particular was extremely difficult with given it had a squatter and the seller’s agent (a foreclosure clearinghouse it seemed) just wanted to get it off their books — trying to force us to take it as is and deal with the resident ourselves. All we did was ask for the lease and it seemed to start WWW III with the bank and the seller’s agent. Stacy never backed down and fought for us through the entire transaction.
We are not the easiest clients and she always made sure it was clear that she was working for us. She never made us feel anything less than an important client. We highly recommend Stacy and her team.

Wonderful lady! Kind, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, goes the extra mile for clients (she even called us while on her vacation!). An all around wonderful experience.

Sold my house using Lynne and not a great experience. When they needed something to move the sale along I’d get emails and calls from multiple people in her office. However, when it came to keeping me up to date with what is happening forget about it. I’d go weeks without any communication on what was going on, but then all of a sudden they needed me to sign something and it was like the world should stop for them.
At one point I was not certain that I would accept the terms of the sale and received very nasty emails from people that worked for her including telling me the other party would sue me if I backed out. It was very evident that they could care less about what was important to me or that it was a good deal for me, they wanted their commission check.

Lynne French is legendary in this market. She is the consummate professional, experienced, savvy and works harder for her clients than any other realtor I have known. Lynne knows the Concord and Clayton market well, although I’ure she can help clients in other markets. She is always accessable and is dedicated to giving her clients the best service. I emailed her late one Sunday afternoon and she called me right back within 30 minutes! She is also friendly and gives a lot back to the community. If you are looking for a realtor look no further, it doesn’t get any better than this!
