Established in 1997.

Hollie Branch Properties, Inc. is a professional, full service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout the greater Raleigh, NC area. We re-​develop a large number of single family and multi-​family properties throughout the state with the intention of revitalizing communities and encouraging home ownership. Our mission is to rejuvenate neighborhoods and increase the standard of living by improving the overall quality of housing for the residents.

Founded in 1997 by Donovan R. Spence, Hollie Branch Properties is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of the greater Raleigh area and its neighborhoods.

Meet the Business Owner

Donovan S.

Business Owner

After graduating from East Carolina University and owning a retail grocery store, founder and CEO Donovan set his sights on real estate investing. He turned to his father who was his business mentor/​grocery store partner at Clayton Food Town, Inc. and sold him on the vision. Donovan received in his General Contractor license in 1997 and began custom new home construction and development. He also began investing in the rental property market. In 2000, Donovan entered the corporate world to gain an understanding about policies and procedures that make companies successful internationally. He focused on people, process and procedures. After gaining proficiencies in these areas, Donovan has once again entered the entrepreneur world to continue full-​time real estate investing.
