Not only did they repair my iPhone quickly and for a decent price, they took time to show me functions on my phone I never knew about. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I had no idea all of the things they repair — phones, tablets, computers, projectors, gaming devices, etc. They also have a selection of phones and accessories to purchase. I would much rather support local than going to these big chains that are so impersonal and all about the money. I will definitely be going back to Digital Doc again!

Send your devices to them at your risk. I had a cracked iPad mini 3 screen repair attempted. On 12⁄21. Not only did they keep my iPad until 1/6, I had to hunt them down after the tech never returned my call. Long story short they claimed after multiple screen tries they couldn’t get the touch sensitivity to work. Upon closer inspection once I got to the store I realized a connector was broken off the logic board that the front screen connects to. Of course it’s not gonna work Mr. Wizards. They turned my cracked screen iPad into a paper weight. Not sure what my next step is but be warned the receipt they give you states they assume no liability in damage to attempted repairs. I used to repair iPhones so maybe I should just stick to doing it myself. Geez I wouldn’t waste your time if you care about your devices.

I came in to get some simple instructions on some of my phone features & met Thomas who sat down with me & explained everything I needed to know. Very friendly & patient with me. You’ve got a gem in Thomas. Thanks

I brought a brand new LG34″ curved IPS monitor with non working backlighting on the left side into Digital Doc because I didn’t have time to take it apart. They charged me for a diagnostic, and after 4 hours of waiting I called and was informed that they played with the settings and couldn’t make anything happen, and that they didn’t have the foam piece needed to lay the monitor on to take it apart. It was as if they didn’t even listen to my requests before giving them my monitor. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I brought in the foam piece(it came in the box). 15 minutes later, the guy brought my monitor out into the lobby, and told me that the monitor was not serviceable. He pointed to the ribbon cables that serve up the image(nothing to do with the backlighting at all), said he re-seated all of them and couldn’t get the backlight to come on. Mind you, The backlights on each side of the monitor were clearly visible and the cables that they are connected to. Not only did he ignore everything I said regarding the backlighting, he fundamentally failed to understand how a monitor works or, and blatantly lied to my face about it. I’m software engineer with who took several electrical engineering classes in college, and I just wanted these people to fix my monitor so I didn’t have to waste my own time on it, but they proved to be completely incompetent, and dishonest to boot. Afraid to let the guy touch my 1300 $ monitor any more, I played dumb, gave them 30 $ for nothing and went home. I took the monitor apart and connected the backlight cable and my monitor was fixed. It took 15 seconds and absolutely no mental effort to solve the problem. A 5 year old could have logically fixed the problem. I cannot recommend Digital Doc for any services whatsoever after how they handled my monitor and how they spoke to me. There are far better businesses in Raleigh with employees that have integrity and a basic understanding of electronics. Don’t waste your time!

Great service ! Can’t say enough about them, brought my phone and computer in for service. They were able to quickly and affordable fix both the port on my Samsung phone and remove the virus on my computer.

Kevin was beyond wonderful to work with, they had my screen replaced very quickly with no issues. I was surprised to find out the vast number of things they repair. Computers, tablets, phones, etc. This was my first visit and I would recommend Digital Doc in Clayton to anyone needing repairs on their electronics, not to mention the prices are very competitive and the service is some of the best I’ve experienced. Thanks again for all the help.
