Absolutely HORRIBLE… Let me begin by saying, this was my first time visiting this office, and I only found it because it was listed on my health coverage’s website. No one told me prior to my appointment that they only accept cash or checks for payment — that right there should have been a sign that something was off. The building is run down and completely unkempt. The waiting room appeared dingy, with a very dirty carpet. The room where I had my eye exam had a sheet hanging over the window to keep the room dark — YES, a bed sheet!!! I honestly tried to look passed all of this because the people who worked there were very nice. However, I was in for a rude awakening today. I purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses after my visit from another location, and when they arrived, the left lens was completely wrong in both pairs. I thought the eye glass store made a mistake, but turns out, the DOCTOR wrote the wrong prescription. When the office called to confirm my doctor mistakenly wrote the wrong power, I asked if they would pay the $ 100.00 for the replacement lenses, or if they could fix them at their location (since there is a place to get glasses from inside the waiting room). They said, «no, because I didn’t purchase my glasses from them.» Are you kidding me? The script was written incorrectly, and that’s why people get prescriptions. You can’t purchase glasses without a prescription — when you hand it over to the store, they don’t question what’s written on the paper — a PROFESSIONAL was the one who wrote it. They did offer for ME to pay $ 80.00 PER PAIR for them to correct the mistake though — so now I would be paying them $ 160.00 to fix it. No thanks!!! This was terrible customer service. This was my first, and last appointment. I DO NOT recommend this office at all!!! BEWARE!!!

I have been going to Dr. Inverno for over fifteen years, and I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else. The staff is friendly and extremely efficient. Dr. Inverno and his associates take such pride in their work, and such excellent care of their patients. I have always had the highest quality of care during my visits, regardless of how busy they may have been. All of my concerns, questions, and eye issues are always addressed and never left unanswered. I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else! This is a truly stellar place.

Great eye doctor! Both the staff and doctor are very friendly. I received a thorough check up and Dr. Jacobs told me what was going on every step of the way. I’ve been to other offices where they don’t describe everything as thoroughly or in detail so I appreciate that she did. Would definitely recommend if you’re in need of an Ophthalmologist.
