I have no complaints with the quality of their work… I’d rank it a 4⁄5. They removed some stains from my dress making it look brand new, and the shirts I had cleaned were pristine. My main problem was the price ($ 18 for a simple dress and 2 oxford shirts). Also, the clothes weren’t ready when they were promised (Was this related to the snowstorm? Maybe… but there were no power outages). I’ll be going elsewhere for my day-​to-​day cleaning and reserve this place for more pricey items.

I’ve been taking my clothes to Harvard for about a year now, and they excel not only at dry cleaning, but tailoring as well. I had a few shirts that needed some major button overhaul, and they did the tailoring rather inexpensively. Great pricing for great service.
