I have waited a long time to write this review. Dr Terese-​Koch is a dentist who still haunts my thoughts and now adult children’s thoughts, as one of the most unscrupulous people I ever had the misfortune to encounter. We had a dental plan change when my children were young. The kids were all very uncomfortable with her. I took one child, who was very good with the care of his teeth for an exam with her. She told me he had 5 cavities, yes 5 separate cavaties that needed fillings. I thought this can not be true. I took him to different dentist outside of the HMO plan. I had his teeth examined and X-​rays, never said anything about the previous exam. The new non HMO dentists said everything looked great, no cavities. I asked are you absolutely certain, no cavities, they responded yes no cavities. Can you imagine Dr. Terese Koch was willing to drill in an adolescents boys mouth for five non existent cavities. Stay away!

Best dentist ever. She’s gentle but still firm doing thorough work. She talks through everything, she listens and does not react insecurely or defensively when we’re trying to figure out what is going to happen or why. She does not require unnecessary procedures and even explains when maybe one can be considered for a reason or maybe down the road if it gets worse or in the rare occasion hey, we got to do something and here’s why.
Do NOT go to the other dentist even if Dr. Terese-​Koch becomes unexpectedly unavailable, just RESCHEDULE with her.
